I have been shopping here weekly for almost six months now. I love that sunburn offers free delivery on $49+ orders. Has made getting my medicine that much easier. Service is always impeccable; knowledgeable staff. The product selection is of high quality, never really had anything I didn't enjoy. This is one of the few dispensaries that offers authentic water hash products. Definitely a diamond in the rough!

There are 2 locations in my area Ft. Lauderdale or palm beach and they’re both 40 minutes away so I don’t go often . Monday they have $20 off littles so I took the ride for $35 a quarter . 3 people were ahead of me so I placed my order online while I waited. 3 minutes later I was called .Fabian was friendly and informative answering questions and being personable. I bought runtz and LA kush cake each quarter was $35. Buds were sticky and had nice taste well worth price the best deal if you like vape carts $25 a gram !!! .. had to update my review 1/20/24 . The bud has been outstanding and so under priced @ 35a quarter on Monday . I placed my order like usual the night before. In the morning i see the new price $40 and would pay that all day. But the bud man honored the price of 35$ . A total class act and will be happy to pay $40 for this quality . Update 35$ quarters are back on Mondays update as of 10/24 Monday littles $30 and everyday $35

So....... I was downtown doing some filming off the skyscrapers on Sunday evening and I thought since I was down here might as well swing by sunburn. I haven't really tried them before so I'll give him a try this time.Upon arriving there I was met with a complete shit storm in the parking lot. No one knew who was parking anywhere and it was just a mess. After figuring that out I got inside and put my order in while I was waiting for the order as I was next in line I decided to sit down on a large wooden crate looking thing they had, I get snapped at by one of the employees and then when I asked why she says that her manager will be pissed off. So as I'm sitting there wondering why I'm pissing people off just by sitting down some guy just goes right in front of me! The employee who knew I was next as she had just reprimanded me for sitting down started the conversation like she knew the guy from back in the day. That was the third strike so I just turned around and walked out. I don't care how cheap their weed is, it's not good enough for me to have to put up with customer service like this. You can better believe I'm not coming back not to this one at least. Do yourself a favor bypass and go to another one if you really got to go to sunburn but the one downtown is pretty classless so are the employees and it will just complicate your shipping experience. No parking, no bathroom, and a horrible experience. The people are nice, but the experience was not. I gave them 3 stars for the employees. There is nothing even on the building that says sunburn. I'm pretty sure it didn't say no weapons either so you could take a firearm in there. So that is a plus. I still left mine in the car because most if not all others you can not.

Let me get this straight, a day or so ago the hash coins were $45 regular price. Today I see your have a sale. 30% off. I go to check out what coins are available and you guys jacked them up to $65. Now, even being on sale, the coins are $45.50 sale price, lol?!? What? Way to jerk around your prices. It's good hash and service at this shop is great. But jacking up the price and then putting on sale at an even higher price then the original, is pretty lame. I'll still swing by occasionally but that's my two cents on this situation...

Sunburn used to have the deals! Now everything has gone up. The Sunday freebies used to be great, now they are always the same alternating products (prerolls, gummies, or a .5 cart which is almost always boat drink). Not to mention it used to be, "free item with thc purchase", then they removed option to buy 1 gram of certain strains, then it became, "free item with $20 purchase", and now it's "free item with $25 purchase". Those price changes all happened within a span of one year. Their only saving grace is the 14grams of ground for $30 they sell every Tuesday. The day that goes up I'll have to shop elsewhere as it's the only deal keeping me as a customer. Not to mention the parking lot is horrible. You're losing us, Sunburn! 😔 💔
