Worst tint I have ever had done. Brought back our car to have it redone and it came back worse than the first job they did. Worst quality control I've experienced, no manager or owner bothered to come check or even ask about why I was returning. And when we brought the car back the technician argued with me about it. And to top it off, each time, my door panel pockets were full of water and back window area was so saturated it leaked through to the trunk.

Brought in numerous trucks over the years and never a problem until recently. A month ago bought a new gmc 2500 hd. Told them I wanted the windshield tinted and the front windows to match the back. Picked it up and it was done incorrectly so had to bring it back for them to do it correctly (like the last 8 trucks they did for me).

Bought a new Escalade. Called Monday and Made an appointment Thursday. They quoted me $250 and said they would need it for a couple hours. I drop it off and they changed the price to $350. I replied with no problem just need it done. They called me 5 hours later and said it’s not done and I would need to bring it back tomorrow or Monday. I explained that I have three little kids that need to go to school and be picked up etc. Their response was well we’re just not gonna be able to get it done today because we have another car in here but will give you a discount. I said I don’t care about the discount I just need the car done I’ll pay you $100 more to get it finished today. They said unfortunately we can’t do that. When I got there, there was an old 2010 dodge charger that took precedence over my vehicle. Also, my black vehicle was covered in soap marks. They didn’t even bother to clean up after their mess. They obviously don’t take pride in their work to begin with. I explained to them that I’ve had them do at least 10 trucks in the last year and that if that car was more important than my business then I needed to take it elsewhere. Some people just don’t understand business and it’s sad because now I’m a client that’s inconvenienced by not only not having My vehicle Finished but also, I’m left, having to find another company to take care of my needs for my company.

This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are reasonable and the workers (Phil) and the others are fast and friendly. We went here for a great tint job and ended up purchasing our rims and tires at a great price. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs because they're not there to RIP you off but help you in whatever your needs are. I will update when the rims and tires and front grille gets put on

I went here based off the rating’s online. What appeared online to be a great place to get your windows tinted turned out to be a horrible experience, and waste of my time. I brought my car in at 9AM to get the tint removed from my back window and visor and to get it replaced with new tint. I called around 12:30/1PM to see if it was ready. Which it wasn’t, I was told the guy was still working on it, only to get a call back about 30/40 minutes later from someone saying they’re having a hard time removing the tint.
( If they we’re working on it at my scheduled appointment time at 9AM, why didn’t they call earlier? Not after I call) so since they claim they can’t remove the tint they want to keep my car overnight, well hell no! I pick my car up and I am left with a incomplete Job, unable to see out my back window. I would not recommend this place at all. They ruined my defroster on my back window, and left the job incomplete.

Friendly efficient value and honest. This is my 3rd or 4th car here.
Due to FL heat, one of the windows failed; they replaced it quickly and well under a life-time warranty.

I've had about 6 vehicles tinted here over the years. Also had things installed like AMP Power Steps. Good team, honest, usually on time. My wife went in alone with a punctured tire (without mentioning my name) and was treated just as well as a 10-year customer, as it should be.

My experience with Sundial window tinting has been GREAT !!! Keith and his workers have done everything to accommodate our families vehicle needs, from new tires to the a/c . They cleaned my light covers and they look brand new, they offer so many services. We will be bringing our vehicals to Keith from now on. Great customer service and prices.
