Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a new G3 boat, motor and trailer package from them. The motor never ran properly. The motor eventually catastrophically failed just after months of use.

They refused to file the warranty work for my motor, they refused to help me at all. When I asked the associate for records she said that I was backing her into a corner.

Eventually I took them to court. They wanted me to settle for an amount so low it wouldn't cover the costs for 1/4 of the repairs and or attorney fees at that.

They wanted me to sign a non disclosure agreement if I took the settlement. Which saying without saying they were guilty.

I did not take the settlement because I want as many customers as possible to know about this. They paid 10's of thousands in attorney fees and couldn't simply replace my motor.

They respond to review complaints that they pride themselves on customer service and they give you their number but they will leave you in a bad position at their convenience if you have to rely on them for something major.

You know who I am I took you to court and you lied. I will not stop until this is made right.

I will be back to Sunrise Marine for all of my boating needs and more. I'll be back for tackle and firearms also. Greatest bunch of people I've ever been around and worked with. They not only listen to you but help with everything. My salesman Larry Rebhahn is awesome!! Thanks for everything!!!

The team at Sunrise Marine is great. We were greeted by everyone in the store. As they were inspecting our trade we shopped in a well stocked showroom. Adam Made our trade for a new Yamaha 4 stroke outboard with absolutely no hassle and added several things to our cart. Tommy went over our purchase with us and they loaded us up and we were out the door. I recommend shopping Sunrise they have taken care of us for years."

"Contacted ray on a boat he had listed for sale and 3 days later a drive down and 30 minutes at the shop I was headed home with it. Awesome service very quick and a lot of selections. Very friendly people and knowledgeable "

"I drove 9 hours to pick up a boat and the staff had everything ready and waiting for me when I arrived as they knew I had driven all day. Customer service was excellent and each staff member took time to make sure I understood what I needed to from parts, sales, and finance. The parts department was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to complete my boat purchase. My salesperson (Rayel) put my transom saver on my boat that I had just purchased and the parts department helped me hook up my trailer and check lights. The best auto/boat/atv buying experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate to make the trip again. Highly recommended dealer!"

Nice place and decent service. Good luck trying to look at their selection without getting hassled by salesmen. They do carry a good stock of parts needed on popular motors which is really nice. They are proud of their prices too. If you need it immediately, this is a good place to start. If it can wait, you will definitely save money buying your parts online
