I spent money on hats and the first set of hats were worse than this yet one of the employees let me pay and leave knowing they were extremely poor quality. I called back and she offered to redo. I had to spend more money and buy hats only to wait another 2 weeks and get these with clinching threads and crooked logo parts. I was going to ask for a refund but I am just so tired of long waits and bad results. I tried to give them a chance because the first hats that I ever got were good. THEN, THIS. I'm sad because one of the owners is really nice but this was so disappointing and I can't see myself ever returning.

Extremely disappointed in the services received for a rather large order. Documented emails stating our order would be ready in time for our annual function, then the order was not fulfilled until 8 weeks after the order was supposed to be done with the extremely limited communication. When mentioned to the owner, she did not believe this was something she needed to make right and placed blame on us, the customer, stating dates were not described to her accurately. Our email correspondence would prove that is simply not true. Sad that this company would not accept any responsibility for their part the ordered being unreasonably delayed. Would not recommend if you have large orders that are needed in a timely manner.

I had two blankets embroidered back in 2018 for gifts for my friends, and even then I was amazed at how quickly the blankets were made, and the great customer service I received. Here we are 5 years later, I got another blanket made for myself, and they were able to pull up my order from 2018 (love technology) and still provide phenomenal embroidering and service! The best in Brevard hands down. So nice and helpful and I would recommend EVERYONE to get their embroidery needs done here!

I’ve never written a review before but wow I’m in love with this place! So cute and a warm welcome at the door. I had gotten two pillow cases monogrammed, the process was easy, affordable and I felt like I had ample choices in color/design/size. I had a rather quick turn around, I dropped them off Tuesday afternoon and picked them up Saturday morning- I’m so thankful that they were able to accommodate my situation. So happy with my purchase!!

Needed a sweatshirt embroidered at the last minute and was referred here by a friend. I’ll definitely be coming back to have my Christmas blanket and work shirts done! They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the help I received. I was told they are under new management so I wanted to share my experience and sing their praises! I highly recommend!
