I visited this location on my way to see my dying mother last week and I had to run to the ladies room and I had my 4 month old grandson with me and this nice lady working there with the tattoos helped me hold my grandson so I could use the bathroom and get coffee I think her badge said Gina. I just want to give credit where credit is due as you won't find too many helpful people in the customer service department willing to help customers come in like this. She gave me a quicker route to my mother's house as she mentioned she was to go see her family in Georgia, and I got there 4 hours less than the way I was going. The store was very well kept up, and the coffee was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was hot and felt like there were no ac vents opened. There was no air circulation. My husband used to be an ac tech and said you might need to have the vents checked or the ac ducts might be too small for the airway. But kudos to Ms Gina and the lady working with her as they both were kind and helpful. 5 stars 🌟
