The hallway floor is tile. The outside door on side of the building is extremely loud when it closes. The hallway had a very unpleasant smell similar to.cigarette smoke even though signs say no smoking. Our room also had a strange smell to it.|The coffee pot in our room had old coffee in it with mold floating on top. |For a positive, the a/c worked great.

Sketchy guy at checkin, same guy at checkout. He chose to round price up, I told him I didn’t agree to that, he said he’d correct it. Asked if he had my Wyndham Membership Number so I could get points for stay, he said YES. Next morning I ask for receipt at checkout, he only gave me a copy of the registration card I filled out that was bought at an office supply store and didn’t have company info or breakdown of cost. I didn’t trust him and 3 days later I see the “rounded up” price on my credit card account. I called Wyndham to check if points were added for this stay and they have no record of me staying, they called the hotel and they said I never stayed there. If I were sketchy, I could dispute the entire charge saying I wasn’t there as they have no record of me but I am honest, unlike that guy. I have to send a copy of my credit card, hotel info, date of stay to get points. I think this guy pockets upcharge as a tip and registers points to his account, what other reason would he have to deny it my stay existed?
Room OK for a budget hotel, carpet left feet dirty, microwave old dial type, heavily dented on top like it fell out of the back of a semi but it did work.
Breakfast was sugar cereal and stale mini muffins, not even toast or waffles which I never use anyway but by far the most anemic breakfast offerings I ever came across.

Horrible experience!
The older Indian lady is rude as hell! I’m pretty sure she’s the owners wife.
My room was clean, I thought. Until I seen a roach in the middle of bed when I get out the shower.
If you stay on the 1st floor beware that you will hear every single thing above you!
I now see why the rooms were so cheap, and why there wasn’t many guest when I arrived.
By looking at the other reviews, I’m glad to see that I am not alone.
I’m now at the same motel but in Pine Bluff, and the customer service is twice as better. The rooms also have bigger tv’s and a better view.

Clean hotel, good staff. Web site did say pet friendly, however, be advised, this is not a pet friendly hotel, so don't bring your pets with you.

Please avoid this hotel if you have any other options. Room was in bad shape. Holes in the comforter & nail polish or something similar on the second comforter. Damage to the flooring (part of the carpeting was torn up) scratched walls, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The heater was broken, it said the room was at 67 but it was over 80 in our room. It's the end of December and we had to sleep with the heat off because it got too hot in the room. This is also the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. We have a 3 & 5 year old staying with us and don't stay here if you (or kids) go to bed early or want to nap during the day. The entire building echos. You can hear people talking in the hallway, we could hear the entire conversation the people in the room next to us were having (and they were extremely rude when I politely asked them to lower their voices/slamming of the doors when the kids were napping). You can hear every door closing in the hallway. The housekeeping cart rattling down the tiled hallway, vacuuming in other rooms. Housekeeping completely disregarded the do not disturb sign on the door & knocked twice before I answered. I told them we didn't need service and she kept repeating "garbage" and "towels" until I let her in the room (there was a language barrier) and then once she was in she turned on every light in the room even though I had kids attempting to nap. The pool isn't even open even though they advertise they have a pool and the lady at the front desk said the pool hasn't been open for 4 years. Their continental breakfast is also not an accurate description. They had waffles but they tasted off. Expired orange juice. Stale muffins and orange fruit cups. You're paying for those amenities and they aren't even here. We booked our stay for 12/27-01/01 and we're checking out today & going to a different hotel. Absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs!

Please don’t stay here! I stayed there Friday 5/10/2024, and saw a roach in the room. I notified the front desk and she sounded like it wasn’t anything new! Overpriced-90 is wayyyyy too much. Just because it has a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t work, and a 24 inch tv on the wall is insane!

The sheets were clean, the bathroom was not. There is obvious dirty soap bubbles in the shower, the sink and counter tops had scum and yuck on them. It was 11 p.m. and the Holiday Inn Express was booked so we stayed but I didn't touch anything that I didn't have to and was thankful to have brought my house slippers. Would not recommend.

I am not happy! I have stayed at this hotel everytime I have came into town BUT NEVER AGAIN! I called and made my reservation and let them know I had 3 children with me. My children went to go get an extra blanket and the lady at front desk informed them we had too many in room and demanded $20 because of it. I went down and this lady insisted I didn’t include children and made my reservation on line which I did not. It was after midnight so yes I did pay her the $20 cause she was threatening to kick us out. After 7 yrs of coming here I will not be back again! That was rude and I will not be talked to like that. I did what I was supposed to do. Oh and the cops were there because she was doing the same thing to someone else. The cop came to me and asked me to call corporate because they get calls all the time over the same stuff! Corporate will be getting a call!
