Chef Vito was amazing! His vast knowledge and experience made the class more enjoyable! We did the flavors of Italy class and it left us completely speechless! The food, the presentation, the atmosphere made for such a fun and unique way to celebrate my husband’s birthday! The prepping of the ingredients were done for us but we had a few times to practice our knife skills for chopping garlic, shallots and other various add ins! We also received a recipe book for what we cooked so we can try to replicate it at home! We will definitely go back in the future and will definitely pick a class with Chef Vito!

My husband Steve and I were teamed up with Eric. We were at a Holiday Ravioli class in early January. It was a very helpful and enjoyable class! Who would have thought that butternut squash would make such a delicious ravioli ! It was delicious! Even my husband enjoyed it!! And, our trio made herbed ricotta ravioli! Both raviolis and their sauces and our Caesar salad! Yummmmmm!
I can’t wait to take another class sometime!! This class had been recommended to us by the district manager whom we met a month or so before our class! I highly recommend Sur La Table’s cooking classes!!!

Chef Vito is excellent and the food was delicious. The steps were easy to follow as the ingredients are pre-measured. This was our 2nd class and we will definitely do more. We highly recommend it!

Incredible experience and delicious food! Fun date night idea. We had a small group so we were able to get a personalize experience with Sheryl. Knowledgeable cook and made the evening eventful and lively. Highly recommend and want to do again!

My sister and I signed up for a Perfect Pasta cooking class online for us and her 10 year old niece. I figured it would be rather stuffy and lacking character, but it was FUN!! We made from start to finish our own pasta, sauce, and salad dressing- all while trying out some awesome kitchen tools that I had seen but didn’t buy due to not having any experience with them. After the class I purchased several of the best! Garlic peeler, garlic rocket, spatula of several varieties. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves very much. Unfortunately I do not remember our Chef’s name- it may have been Zach- he had dreads and was a white guy- all I remember at this point. We will definitely be back to do another class.

What an amazing experience! I took this class with my daughter and we had the best time. Our instructor Sheryl was fantastic. She took her time to explain each dish and technique behind it. We loved it and will absolutely do it again.

Loved loved loved the class with Chef Vito. Though the recipes were good and food was yummy, hands down what made this class was chef Vito. We will do more classes 95% because of chef Vito. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience Chef.
