I set out to find my perfect wedding dress and Sweet Elegance Bridal was the place for me!! From the time I stepped in the door the first time until I left with my dress after the final alterations(by Heidi 🌟)the customer service was superb! Christina and the staff go above and beyond with helping to select your dream dress. They don't just try to sell you anything. It's their goal to genuinely see you happy. Mrs. Nancy was the very 1st person I encountered when I stopped by without an appointment and she was with me every step of the way once I made an appointment and came back with my bride tribe. The entire staff supports you and your vision and they work together to make it happen. I highly recommend Sweet Elegance to future bride's if you would like an amazing wedding dress experience...10/10!!

Would leave 10 🌟s if I could! Nancy was amazing! She was kind, genuine, funny and patient, a true gem. Nancy selected the perfect dresses for my future daughter. She included everyone but made sure Jade was the center of attention. I can’t wait to go back to find my MOG dress. I HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone.

Had a wonderful time here trying on great dresses for my son’s wedding. Nancy helped me; she was really intuitive, able to pick beautiful gowns for me to try on that fit and were flattering and that I liked. I felt very comfortable and pampered and would recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a wonderful time at Sweet Elegance for both buying my bridal gown and getting the alterations from Haydee. They were great when I was in the store, but they also answered the phone and talked to me whenever I was having anxiety about when to bring my dress in for alterations and then getting my dress back from alterations. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with choosing my wedding dress than the one I had at Sweet Elegance Bridal! Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful, confident, and comfortable in my dress! She was always patient, engaged, and was actively listening to my feedback and actually encouraged me to voice my likes/dislikes for each dress, which led me to finally say “yes” to my dream wedding dress! I never felt pressured by her or any of the other stylists to try on a dress out of my comfort zone or my budget! Also, the dress I ended up choosing was off the rack and had a small pen mark on it. She pointed it out to me, even before I saw it! She was very transparent about every detail within my bridal appointment. Alyssa honestly made my appointment so special! If you are looking to find your dream wedding dress in a positive, encouraging environment with ladies who truly care about your input and how you feel in each dress you try on, I couldn’t recommend Sweet Elegance Bridal enough!!
