If you shop in store you may be fine but whatever you do DO NOT order online unless you want to be charged for something you will ne er receive. From the beginning it was bad customer service. I had to jump through hoops just to get the confirmation email. The phone number on the website was not in service and it took MULTIPLE attempts just to get an email back. Then after finally receiving the confirmation I was told that they were looking to see if the store could fulfill 6 items from the order. Multiple days went by and I hadn't heard anything else so the frustration started again with trying to get in touch with someone on the status of the original shipping and the 6 remaining items. No update was given on the 6 items again. After almost a month I had to reach out on social media and ask again about the 6 items and for a refund since I still had not received them. I was told I would get a refund and now it has been another several days with NO REFUND.

I needed gifts for 20 people, and had no idea what to get. The staff took my budget and came up with the solution I got everyone a cup, bag of candy and a pen. The staff then pulled the tags off and put it all together for me. Awesome place!!!

I love Swoozie's! Every time I'm near the store I check in - even if I'm not wanting to buy anything, I love to look around. It's a girl's dreamland, filled with so many cute things and ideas! I love their personalized jewelry. And it's a hotspot for finding the perfect gifts - whether its for a sorority girl, daughter, mother, friend, or soon-to-be bride, you'll find the perfect present there. I love my personalized monogram necklaces and bracelets as well as Greek paraphernalia I got from Swoozies. They also have a great candle selection!

Cool little place! What I like best about it is the selection of unique greeting cards- snarky, risqué, and funny! Lots of gift ideas and a gazillion varieties of custom paper products!
