We purchased a beautiful sideboard in the St. Augustine store. It is 8 1/2 feet long. It needed to go upstairs in our two story. Pam assured us that the guys that deliver are the best. They arrived this morning on time. Very professional and very good. It was a difficult delivery but the guys were so careful with the furniture and our home. Not a single scratch or wall bump. I can’t believe how they were so quick and knew exactly how to put that piece up the stairs. Again kudos to those guys.

The friendly, helpful people at T Gregory make finding the “perfect” piece a real pleasure!! Their selection is eclectic and because the furniture is made for them, there are lots of options from which to choose! From large furniture to small accessories, indoors to outdoors, floral arrangements, paintings….it’s just fun to be in the store! In addition, if there are ANY issues, they go out of their way to make things right! Quoting Thomas..”we just want to make you happy”! Customer SERVICE…extraordinary…particularly in today’s time!

Last week our car suddenly broke down and we pulled into the T. Gregory Imports parking lot to check it out. Minutes later the car went up in flames. The wonderful people from T. Gregory came to our rescue with fire extinguishers, a phone number for a tow truck, bottled water and most of all, kindness and compassion. Many thanks to these kind and gracious people. We are hoping to return under better circumstances and actually shop in your beautiful store.
