I would have gave 5 stars but country pride you need to do better or close. Showers was clean and store was clean with great cashiers. Country pride I have a second chance and you failed bigger this time. Waitress didn’t want to be bothered on top of ordering a sirloin steak that was so slimy. No salads only vegetables was broccoli I can’t eat. Rest is all potatoes well I didn’t get a second side. My team got pot roast which was a little step up from the steak. I told her it wasn’t good and she said nothing and ran off with my cc. I paid 40. Plus tip to eat fries. We went to subway and they were so nice and friendly and spent another 18.00 to have some food. Only reason I gave a 4 star. Parking is great

This is absolutely the worst truckstop that TA has in the country
The employees don’t give a shit about the customers the manager don’t give a shit about its employees are the fuel pumps are. The fuel is are cash advances
Do not go to this truckstop if you need a cash advance because you will not get one I don’t care if you empty their tanks buying fuel
Their men’s room is horrific and smell. Smells like urine.
Their showers suck.
Sorry to be so bold, but honesty needs to be put out

Why hasnt google adopted a zero star in their review metric.

Im never a review person, but this place asked for it.It is appalling to think you'd check in at 3:15pm. for a simple truck inspection,and be waiting 12 hours for a call, and some asshole with an underlined agenda would remove you from that list because his ego told him to do so.

Large T.A. with all the bells and whistles for truckers. There is a Subway and Chicken place as well. The only drawback for this visit was the road construction at the entrance, making it difficult to enter. Exit at the traffic light was no problem.

The night shift is very unprofessional don't have no clue as to what customer service is, also 🙄 either the guy is high or just sleepy which ever one it is ta needs to evaluate him and his performance because customer service is a must when dealing with customers I called to check on wait times 4 times and all I got was we rapping it up and I waited here for 3 hours and my arrival time was suppose to be at 7pm and I got here checked in at 6:58pm this is unprofessional and unacceptable. They close at 12 and if you knew you couldn't do the job or did not have time at least give a courtesy call ahead of time don't wait 3 hours later and say we have to wait untill 4 am

Literally the best TA in the country. And we’ve probably been to all. The guys in the shop are top notch. Julio, Kenny and the rest of the team and unlike any other TA service guys I’ve ever met. I will not let anyone but them touch this truck unless it’s an emergency and I have no other options.

Would have got 5 stars, but the 2 ladies working the counter need to rethink their career choices. I went to cash an efs check. The older lady saw it before I could get to the counter and said, "I don't have enough for that." (it was for 50 dollars, but she didn't know that she just assumed) So I looked at the other cashier, and she said, "Give me a second system's are frozen." OK, cool, I set the check on the counter, and she says not a second later."Don't put that there ." I pick it up 1 minute passes, and she asks for the check and rudely tells me ."If you weren't so busy hurrying us, you would have signed the check." I didn't hurry them or say anything to these people, and some places don't want you to sign the check, so I left it blank. Then it took her way too long to count 50 dollars. Look, I drive all day and did nothing to these people to deserve attitude. Was gonna fill up my tanks here, but I'll just go to the love's down the road.
