Huge store in Spring Hill, with lots of selection for Petites, Misses, and Plus sizes. Ask for DUVAL - she is really helpful in listening to what your own personal style and preferences are, suggests items accordingly, and even shows you where they are located in the store. All at your own pace and level of privacy. Without any pushy sales talk, and no undue pressure to buy things you don’t want. Sweetheart!

I ran into Talbot's in a craze trying to find clothes for my Father-in-law's funeral which was going to be in the rain. I was exhausted and emotional. Greta Sharp helped me to pick out these very comfortable and cute clothes that I can still use. She even sent me a sympathy card. I couldn't think straight or even put 2 words together but she was very kind to me. I will be a very, very loyal customer. Thank you Ms Greta. ❤️

I’ve shopped this store for a few years now. However, my experience with this store has been mostly unpleasant. The associates, with the exception of a couple, are rude & condescending. I continued to shop at Talbots but did so online because I liked the clothing selection & size options. I then utilized this store mostly for returns & exchanges. Finally, after my most recent experience yesterday, it’s abundantly clear, they simply would rather not be bothered with customer service. I can think of other ways to spend my money like at a store that values my business. Finally, so over Talbots.

Went to return an online purchase, was so easy. These ladies are very friendly, helpful but not pushy. I bought a cotton blouse, Talbots is the ONLY place I can find cotton quality blouses. I do not mind paying more because with a little care these blouses and tops last me thru more than one season. Plus I always feel I look appropriate for my 60 plus age.

Very nice, but selection for 2XX is very limited, almost non-existence...
Additionally, inflation on limited selections is very intimidating, makes me walk out fast...

They were very nice, polite and helpful. Had a return from an online order and the employee made sure I was treated fairly and helped me order the correct size. The inside of the store was very clean and well layer out, very inviting. They showed some products I would have never looked at myself and ended up purchasing! Defiantly worth the visit.
