Every single time my fiancé and I have been to Talisman has been a total pleasure. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, and custom made an absolutely perfect engagement ring for the love of my life to have forever. Since the initial visit we have been in on numerous occasions and always seem to leave with yet another gorgeous piece to add to our collection. We are so happy to have found Talisman and will be coming back here for years to come.

I have been a customer for years . However the store has been sold !! The new owners are a nightmare !! I took a ring of mine there to have a ruby put in because mine fell out . I brought my ring in 9/27/24 . The first ruby the cutter broke it so I waited for them to get another one . Last Wednesday I called because I didn’t hear anything . The girl that answered said the owner wasn’t in but that she would have them call me …..no call so I texted the original owner ( who is a sweetheart) and told her what was happening. That’s when I realized that the business was sold . I panicked I wanted my ring which my husband had made for me. So I went and picked up my ring..I didn’t sign for anything . When I was driving home Andrea texted me and asked if I had the loose ruby . I told her I would have to look when I got home . Well sure enough it was there. I told her yes I have it I will bring it back Monday. Within minutes I’m getting calls from a number I don’t recognize . It’s the new owner yelling at me that I have stolen her property and that if I didn’t bring it back by 6:01 pm she was pressing charges for stealing her property .. there were more phone calls..this new owner hung up on us 4 times !!! Please beware of these people. I have lived in ElDorado Hills for 27 yrs. I’m not a thief and can afford to buy any piece of jewelry I may want. But to have a sheriff call me and then come to my house is crazy . I will never step foot in that store ever again. Thing is I have spent a lot in that store over the years not any more ….BEWARE of these NEW OWNERS

I came to Talisman Jewelers looking to take the stone of my late grandmother‘s ring and put it into a necklace. Expectations were more than exceeded! Andrea sat down with me and helped design a beautiful custom piece that perfectly embodied what I had in mind. She was very personable helpful. When one of her jewelers was uncomfortable working with my stone, as emeralds are fragile, Andrea took it upon herself to create my piece, and ensured its utmost safety. The final necklace is stunning and I am very grateful I chose Talisman Jewelers!

This review is overdue. I stopped in and discussed my plan to reset my ring with Andrea. I explained everything I wanted and showed her images. She wrote me a price for the ring and I came back at a later date to do the design. When I came back a few weeks later, she told me the bid she wrote was WRONG and she made it too low. This was a major red flag and I should have walked away, but I was too excited at point. She wanted $500 more to make the ring. I went through the design phase and I kept telling her it was too industrial looking and heavy from what I showed her in photos etc. she assured me it wouldn't look like that in the end. Same story when the wax mold came back. I explained that it was really heavy and not delicate like we discussed. She again agreed it would not look like that. Well guess what, it did, it was hideous. I wore the thing for a two years and hated every day. I finally went somewhere else and had it reset exactly as I had asked. Andrea is not polite, she is extremely rude to her staff and condescending. She won't remember your face even if you have come in 10 times in a row. Please stay away, there are so many better and kinder jewelers I would rather give my money to.

I brought in a ring that I inherited for resizing, and they did an amazing and quick job for a low price. They even shined and polished the antique ring to look like new. Cesar is always extremely friendly and helpful, providing amazing service. Highly recommend!
