Punishes financial representatives for negative feedback from corporate e-mailed feedback forms that ask very little about the representative and more about the hold time and website!

They reduce or take away the representatives bonus for complaints about hold time and expect the representatives to overcome this.

Even of you have to lie, try to give the best review you can so these folks can get the bonuses they deserve.

The platform is bad. Latency problems delay trades which are then executed without updating your dashboard. Today I was unable to trade properly until 32 minutes after the market opened.

Also, customer service is terrible and takes well over an hour on hold to reach someone. Sometimes the hold drops you for no reason after a long wait. I'm on hold right now!

I have lost money because of this issue. It is a known issue and they will do little to nothing to help you. Beware. You have been warned.

the worst broker on the market by far. Don't day trade with their inadequate TOS system. It crashes constantly and they will do nothing but make lame excuses why they will not restore accounts after their constant break downs in their system.
