Disney! The family friendly Company that cares about setting an example for your kids! NOT TRUE!
I purchased my 65" LG OLED TV in January 2018. I already had Amazon Prime and decided to purchase a subscription to Disney's Streaming Service. On March 4th, 2018 I subscribed to Disney+ Basic plus Premium (ad free) [Pay ten times the monthly fee and get two months free] and was pleased with everything that came with it.
The annual subscription fee was charged to my Checking account automatically and my annual subscription renewed on March 3rd, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. I received an email in Dec 2024 informing me that the subscription fee was being increased to $15.99 per month and $159.99 per year (the second increase in my SEVEN YEARS with them!)
Late in March 2025, I noticed the UNETHICAL, BACKHANDED, ILLEGAL money-grab that Disney now obviously practices.
My March 2025 Bank Statement showed AS ABSOLUTE PROOF that Disney switched me from an annual subscription Disney+ Basic plus Premium plan to a monthly Disney+ Basic plus Premium plan and the only way that I could switch back to an annual plan on my own was by upgrading to a bundle which included Disney+ Basic plus Premium plus ESPN+ or Hulu!
I contacted Disney+ Customer Service and they said that Disney DOES NOT, and CANNOT switch our subscription plans without our authorization.
MY BANK STATEMENTS SAY OTHERWISE AND ARE PROOF OF THEIR LIES!
I have Amazon Prime Video and Netflix!
Is this how a "valued" customer of OVER SEVEN YEARS is supposed to be treated?
The thanks I get after seven years is THEFT of my money!
Disney will no longer be on my watch list UNLESS they add LIVE coverage of NASCAR and ALL of both the Winter and Summer OLYMPICS!

NO STARS. Nobody cares about your problem. For the past 8 years I have a problem with my Disney experience login and nobody HELPED ME. My acct doesn't accept any credit cards, gift cards, my husband card, NO CARDS. So I can't buy tickets, I can't reserve hotels. EVERY TIME I GO TO DINSEY I NEED TO ASK A FRIEND TO BOOK FOR ME EVERYTHING AND I PAY THEM BACK.
Yesterday I stayed 3 hours on the phone spoke with 4 different people and nothing was fixed. BAD SERVICE!!! GO TO UNIVERSAL INSTEAD. NOBODY CARES TO HELP YOU.

It has been six years since our last trip. All of the prices have gone up dramatically, but since we are post Covid, we were excited to make this trip. I would like to start by saying that my daughter is a schoolteacher and surrounded by petri dishes, all day long and not once during the last four years, has she contracted Covid. Until this trip! We just spent last week in the parks and we are all now sick! My daughter has Covid for the first time and my husband and I are very sick with fevers and flu like symptoms. Not one ride had sanitizer at the start of the ride , or once you leave the ride. With the amount of money that Disney charges for their experience, the least you could do is have that available. Many people are touching all of those poles or ropes for the lines while waiting while all the lightening people breeze through with no way to sanitize their hands. I kept some in my purse and we went through it all until I ran out. Just because the world went back to normal, Covid still exists! Do better Disney and keep your people safe, after all, without them and their money, you wouldn’t exist! I think it’s time to give back a little!

Very bad experience. Took family of eight and hit all parks to only get 2 or 3 rides per park because of lightning or single lines. Spent big money for absolutely terrible time...never again! Your team better pat attention to all these bad reviews.

The place was over crowed,and 15 family members went to Disney, everyone one left with covid.they need to shout down for a week and sanitize this park in a big way.all this people taking covid home to the states they live in is just spreading the covid virus.I am so mad at this park for not taking proper precautions to assure the safety of their guest.

I'm writing this as I go down memory lane.
Two years ago I went there by mistake while looking for a place to get our theme park tickets. I did not expect an automatic "push" door. My bad. The receptionist gave us directions and opened the door on our way out. I can't really rate the whole building, but the lobby seemed nice. Doesn't seem like a bad place to work at first glance. Very clean and with beautiful surroundings.

I have to say I brought my whole family to Disney World and Visited all the Parks and couldn’t believe how much “Not 1 Employee I Spoke to Did not Care for there Job 1 Bit” They Treat me and my family like total Garbage, did not help my poor disabled Mother in Law that would be her last trip with her Grandchildren. Everything is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! They just want your funny and laugh in your Face. The People that need assistance are kicked to the curb while the degenerates are Treated like they are the New Princess and Prince! The House I rented gave me a Better Experience - Walt would be doing backflips in his grave if he knew what was going on here
