My mom got her dream car! Thank you so much to our salesman Abel Perez for getting us squared away, we love him. He was upfront and honest, and made this process as smooth and painless as possible. And he did not pay me or ask me to say that!!

I also got my own car here in Feb. 2023 and it was such a great experience, especially working with Bashar!! He's wonderful and as a woman by myself, he didn't try to upsell or trick me into anything. Until this day I'm so happy with my car, no issues, and trusted the experience enough to bring my mommy. I know she will have the same experience with her dream car, if not better.

Daniel in the service department is an A class advisor. He was super transparent and straightforward through the repair process. Never felt like he was trying to suggest unnecessary repairs or rack up my bill. Super appreciative and thankful, he got my family car back on the road and back to being reliable.

This review is strictly just for the service department. I came in for a routine oil change on February 22nd, 2025. During the visit I was informed that my CV axle boots were torn and they had to charge me a $250 diagnostic fee to confirm the extent of the damage. I said ok, but the final report didn't reveal any additional information than what was already confirmed visually. After giving me a quote for the repairs, I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another reputable mechanic. After he examined it, the mechanic said that both CV axle boots were torn, but that the way they were torn was not due to normal wear and tear or hitting some obstruction in the road, but the tear could only have happened from someone intentionally or accidently cutting or pulling on the CV axle boot. (Pictures are posted below) and that the damage to the boots was very recent. I only go to Team Kia of El Cajon for repairs, so needless to say, it was the opinion of the second mechanic that someone at Team Kia of El Cajon had damaged the CV axle boots. Also, needless to say, it would be pointless to bring this issue up with Team Kia of El Cajon because they would just deny that they did any damage and say that the axle boots were like that when I brought it in. I will no longer be servicing my car at this location.

I purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos, Pluton Blue from Robert. He is very knowledgeable about their products. No pressure, No griefs, No haggling. Also part of the experience was Manny and Pedro. Both also an integral part of the purchase and were all friendly and attentive. I walked into the dealership at 5pm on June 23rd, a Sunday and they still served me as if I was there at 10am. Everything was finalized by 10pm and my Girl was a happy camper, with the sales team not even batting an eye. These will be our go to people from now on. Great Experience, Great People and Awesome service. Will definitely buy more cars off you guys in the future. I went home and read the most terrible reviews about the reliability of the kind of car I had already purchased from this dealership that was a non-Kia brand car. I came in the next morning feeling such despair, believing that there was no way they would help me and spoke to the manager, Jake. According to all the paperwork that I had signed they had no legal obligation to allow me to change my mind since everything was final and signed off on as the car being mine. Jake immediately turned my terrible day into a great day. He was so understanding, professional, and told me he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. His calm demeanor immediately relieved all the stress I was having and I knew right away that he was going to make things right. He brought Robert to assist me in my new purchase and I found the perfect match for the reliability that I was looking for in a used car with a 2023 Kia forte. Robert was also extremely friendly and helped make the whole experience so positive. Thank you for the great customer service and being willing to make sure that I was happy and content with my purchase. Thank you so much Daniela & Bashsar for helping me purchase my new car. I came in with my issues on my old vehicle that were sadly too expensive for the older vehicle it was.
