Poor service. Had a service appointment scheduled. Service advisor completed dismissed me, told me to go to parts without explaining. No customer service skills. They needed to collect customer information to even know if they could do the service, which the parts guy was helpful with but the service advisor was not. I had provided information in setting up the appointment but if the service advisor had bothered to speak me to beyond just saying to go to parts, he would have known they didn’t have the part and none of this frustration would have happened. Walked out. Been loyal Mazda customer at other locations but will not be moving my business here. Customer service matters. It was the service advisor who sits closest to the left, near an “office.”

Evan was a great sales men at Mazda of El Cajon. Very easy to talk to and get along with. Listen to everything I had to say about the vehicle I wanted to getting to know me as an individual. He was never pushy or talked over me. Made sure I felt comfortable on every step I took when I purchased my vehicle. It was my most easy experience when purchasing a car from them.

I have a 2010 CX7 and used to take it to a couple different mechanics because I assumed that the dealer would be more expensive. Then I took it for service which was reasonable and they bought a couple necessary repairs to my attention that my old mechanic never had. The service was quick and the cost was very reasonable. I wish I had taken to them years ago. Plus you get a free loaner car! You can’t beat that!

I have never met more genuinely friendly individuals… shout out to Joe, Rojin, Steven, and Ryan, they and everyone else are awesome and won’t let you down:) I didn’t have a ride so they literally picked me up from up north to help me make my purchase a smoother ride, so glad I went with them!

Julian from the service department was very helpful and clear with what needed to be done with my Mazda, even showing me a video from the technician showing me everything that needed to be replaced. Julian gave me a time of when it would be ready that day and actually completed the job way sooner than that.
I walked out of Team Mazda of El Cajon happy and satisfied that the repairs were done correctly.
