I love the food, and the service is really good! Normally it takes like 5-10 minutes for the boba or your food to be ready. The only thing I don't like is the seating options. There are only like 3 tables with 2/4 chairs each. There's a lot of random teens that trash the area too so I recommend that you eat it at home or at a park. Since the food is so good I would give it 5 stars.

A great spot for a boba treat. I always get hot tea, but the school rush on hot days leads me to believe that the iced teas are worth a try. The customer service is great.

Also there are discounts for bringing your own cup & straw.

Great spot for a variety of delicious drinks! Teaspoon Palo Alto offers a wide range of drinks with plenty of variety to choose from. My team had been on the mission to try all boba places in Palo Alto. This is the second one we’ve tried. It is pretty good. I do like it. I had originally wanted Lychee on Lychee, but was told they were out. So I had gotten the Strawberry daiquiri instead. It is really good! I was a little disappointed I didn’t catch that the drink didn’t have tapioca pearls or boba pearls in it. It was still really good! It was a tad bit too sweet, but either way, I enjoyed it very much. I will try other ones on the menu! Another thing I really liked were the eco-friendly straws! I loved them!

Have ordered large orders (i.e. catering) more than once from this location and the manager, Aryan, could not have been more helpful, accommodating, responsive, and willing to share advice and suggestions for what to order. Thus, not being a boba expert and ordering it for others is much less nerve-wracking because they explained and provided exemplary customer service from placing the order last-minute to helping to bring the drinks to my car. 5-star service from top to bottom. Oh, and the beverages were great, too.

I ordered through their app and picked at store. Drink was ready in few minutes. I ordered house milk tea with coconut jelly. Drink was just average compared to other teaspoon location.
