We visited for the tree lighting. Lots of people there enjoying the festivities. There were giveaways. The Grinch and Santa were there. Music and dancing! Very fun experience

As Midwest residents, it's always wonderful to find an outdoor mall that emphasizes the fact it has beautiful weather and great stores and restaurants. The District, or Tempe Marketplace seemed to be one in the same, and if there is a difference, I didn't notice, but either way I was thoroughly impressed.

The grounds are clean and shoppers seemed happy to be there. I wish we had something similar in the Chicago area however I know our weather wouldn't support it, but we had a sense of calm and enjoyed casually walking around checking out the sights.

A must see when in the Tempe area and you want to kill a couple of hours.

Love it,love it, love it. The atmosphere is great. So many different stores. Some place for everyone. Perfect place to enjoy the weather, people watch and to window shop all at the same time. I obviously was here during the day, but the night time is where you will get the light show. This place is super bright at night, due to all the string lights and signage. A really great mall.

Tempe market place is a very fun place with many stores to shop in. There is also a stage where live music is performed on certain nights. Attached to this outdoor mall is a great movie theater that shows all the latest movies at a decent price. There are also many restaurants available to dine at. Parking is not too difficult. In the summer the free splash pad is a fun idea for the little ones!

This is a fantastic Marketplace, with a LOT of great stores and restaurants. They have every store that you can think of. There are free parking lots all around too. The whole area is sparkling clean and very upscale. There are plenty of places to six and relax along the way as well. We were very impressed.

People out of state don't realize that we, here in the low desert, have beautiful weather 8 mos out of the year. This is an outdoor mall with landscaped verandas, delightful outdoor cafes and shady, short walks from store to store. There is a varietal mix of upscale shopping, walk-up bars, great restaurants and good outside cafes. Live music flows out of any number of nightspots most evenings and several arcades are open late to satisfy the most restless teen. Enjoy!

Tempe Marketplace is a open air shopping mall with restaurants, dessert stalls, clothings, supermarket etc.

There are also many benches provided as you are sure get tired walking through this huge mall.

There is bus stop right outside the mall as well in case you dont drive.

Went to JCPENNEYS today. Looking a jewelry. Great selection. Their Itsy Bitsy line is the minimalist jewelry. So cute! Nice mens line too! This shopping center has lots of parking, food places and stores. Always clean too! ☆☆☆☆☆
