Great lobby with free coffee and water. The place is nice and excellent for charging, though it’s limited to one hour.

However, I’m not sure what’s going on with the Tesla users, but the bathrooms look filthy.

Worst service ever! And we experienced it couple of times, it’s the same. They don’t care about customers’ experience once. I think it’s mainly for sales and service center is just a formality. The guy in the front didn’t even look at me while talking to me. No eye contact! And straightway said it will take 2-3 hours. When I asked if I can get a ride back, just a plain simple “NO” without any eye contact. I hated being there. Never buying a Tesla again. There are much better cars coming anyway. Do not recommend Tesla to anyone.

Received a notification on email that the tow hitch we wanted was finally available. Got at appointments through the Tesla app as it's made easy. Arrived and of course, there's a line but went by fast. Dominic helped us and received a Black Tesla 3 loaner for the few hours while they fixed our car. Really great customer service for our Tesla Y Performance. Transaction was easy set up for the loaner on the app. The show room was nice. Some new cars available for purchase on the lot available instead of by order.

Of course, I wish for the Model S Plaid! Love that car! Ordering a Tesla is way easier than other car dealers; no hassles or haggling.

Received notification our car was ready via app and got the car right away. Easy service with them. Service at least, for this location. Friendly folks here!

Clean and well runs service center. I bought my car in for alignment issues and the service advisor is professional. I was set out a loaner quickly. All paperwork done through apps. No paper to carry around. Well done Tesla.

Customer service at this location is satisfactory in the terms of their busyness. In my opinion they need to add couple of extra sales executives which would be fruitful for the waiting line.

And in the meantime, I experienced a little bit confusion on delivery process cause they changed my date couple of times. Other than that everything is super. My son loved his first electric vehicle.

5-star rating for John. This young gentleman walked us through the whole ordering process , including the referral and incentive applying to the purchase, and answered all our questions. I didn't do any homework for our first EV and just headed to this place. Thought that it may took us another trip to get it done but with John, we completed the process quickly enough. I appreciate his patience, sincerity and knowledge. Getting my RWD white model 3 right before the New Year. I ordered it instead of getting a ICE vehicle simply because of John, and he IS the best.

The facility is really clean, the employees were really nice and helpful, and the service center was amazing. I needed to schedule a service quickly and they were able to fit me in the same day. The turn around was fast and they offered us free coffee and a comfortable place to wait if we wanted to. They make it so easy to schedule service, and new vehicle pickup.

I recently visited this Tesla Service Center due to an unexpected issue with my Model Y. Out of nowhere, my tire pressure dropped more than 6 PSI below the required level. I wasn’t sure if it was due to the weather or something else, but I needed to get it checked immediately, even though it was late in the evening and the service center was closed.

A huge shoutout to Chris (tall guy with curly hair) for going above and beyond to assist me. This 3 stars is only because of him. Even though the center was closed, he took the time to personally check and inflate my tires, ensuring I was good to go. His dedication and willingness to help outside of business hours truly made a difference—a big thank you to him!

Disappointing Attitude from Another Staff Member
On the flip side, I encountered another Tesla associate whose lack of care and professionalism stood out in a bad way. While waiting for Chris—who had stepped inside to get a different tire pressure gauge—I approached another employee who was near the front desk (Tesla Cybertruck area) to ask if Chris was available. His indifference was shocking. Instead of checking, he simply responded, "If he’s inside, he’ll come soon," and walked away, showing no intention to assist.

Tesla prides itself on customer experience, but employees like him bring down the reputation of the service center. It’s unfortunate I don’t know his name, but Tesla needs more employees like Chris—dedicated, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile.

If it weren’t for Chris’s quick assistance, I don't know I might have faced a serious issue with my tires or car the next day. I sincerely appreciate his help and hope Tesla recognizes his outstanding service and makes sure Tesla has more associates like him.
