So Kyla did my hair and it came out wonderful. I have long thick natural hair. She took her time with me, educated me on what I should/shouldn't do, and recommended products that I should use in between visits. I will definitely be back. I NEVER leave reviews but I thought Kyla should receive recognition for her AMAZING work. I was in a bind and needed an appointment at the very last minute. I was able to book the night before and get in. She took her time gently detangling, removing build up prior to washing/conditioning my hair and styling. I love my hair and I would give her 10⭐if I could. Keep up the outstanding work. Thanks again...I will be back!

Kyla is the BEST! She started & maintains my locs and does an absolute, fabulous job. She gets you in and out in a timely manner. The thing I love most about her is that she isn't like other beauticians where they double and triple book clients. She provides one on one service to each one of her clients!

Kyla always gets me right! She's willing to try new stlyes (even the crazy ones I bring to her). She never disappoints. She takes her time, but does not take long at all. I always feel at home and the music is always spot on!

Don’t get me wrong, she is EXCELLENT at what she’s does, however she lacks personality. She is never warm nor friendly. I gave her the benefit of doubt because we were new clients but she never changed so I’m gonna assume she just isn’t a nice person! It’s takes more than talent to run a successful business, you have to be personable. Again, she does AMAZING work! ***update*** Imagine having beef with your clients mother! Let’s state facts, MY daughter is the client! She’s 12 and has told me that you make her uncomfortable! I didn’t know you didn’t want her as a client! You definitely could’ve said something before you put your bad energy around my child! That incident happened in April of 2021! We have patronized your business at least 7 times since then! You were mean and nasty then as your are now! Seek Jesus cause you need him honey! Smh and yes I hung up on you cause you caught an attitude with me first!

I loved my cut! But I think I was supposed to get a style(ponytail or cornrows) with the blowout. I was pressed for time so it was ok. I'll definitely go again because the experience was very relaxing and Kyla is very knowledgeable about natural hair.

To all my natural ladies if you wanna get your natural slayed without sacrificing your whole day-- then TexturesTones is the place to be! This is my second time using this service and I was in and out! Also the prices are phenomenal! I got my locs wash and styled without breaking the bank! Definitely will be coming back for a third time and future appointments.
