Troy and the young lady who assisted me were attentive and very nice. Troy went above and beyond to help me find the size and type of shoe I needed. He's very knowledgeable about the products and features of a work shoe. The pair I wanted was not available but he was able to recommend another pair that is so far one of the most comfortable pairs I've worn in a long time! I'll be back for sure!

Love these folks!! Family owned, best customer service!!
In the busiest time right before Christmas I found the perfect gift for my wife!! Problem, her size was sold out. Troy found it and got it delivered in the store the next day. Knowing my wife was coming to the mall the next day and I was working I asked if she could pick it up. But could they double bag it so she doesn’t know what it is!!!
This is what we received:
Super kind for them to wrap it after hours and at home. That’s the kinda stuff that earns a customer for life!!!

These people were SO nice. Because I bought 'display shoes', I was able to get 10% off each pair of shoes. They buffed, polished and sprayed both pairs of shoes with protectant.

Skip Boot Country and get over here for the best selection and service. Ask to have your feet measured especially regarding European sizes, for the best fit. Arabelle is attentive to all who enter, and is helpful to retrieve your selected ? shoe, and answer any questions you may have. Pleasant shopping experience, usually quick and efficient. When I looked down on bottom level of the 5th Avenue mall and saw how many different kinds of shoes they had down there I never expected to get the great service I got. Jon asked me right away if I needed help.He stuck with me while I made decisions, offering me many choices of exactly what I asked for. This is the fourth shoe store I’ve been to in Anchorage and found exactly what I was looking for here right away! Great selection great service!
