This Vampire Diaries store is located directly beneath the Mystic Grill in the alley conveniently called the Alley Gift Shop. This store (and museum) of sorts has all kinds of goodies, collectibles, and amazing merchandise from the Vampire Diaries universe! This is a must visit!!! Order food from the Grill and get 10% off your purchase! Also, the owner just happened to acquire some of the most amazing real props, clothes, and screen used items from the show and has them on display! You won't believe the items that are right there to view! Definitely another must on your list to visit if the TVD universe is your destination!

If you are a fan of the Vampire Diaries and you are in Covington, this is a place you must check out. Everyone there is so friendly. We love the Vampire Blood scent. We bought candles, shower gel, oil perfumed, and room air freshener. It smells like froot loops, so good. My only complaint was if they could sell those online, they have a store online but only sell clothes. I wish they would sell those candles and perfumed online.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. As huge fans of the Vampire Diaries and The Originals, my husband and I visited Covington 4 years ago for our anniversary trip. We didn’t know how much we would fall in love with it. We now go back once a year to re-live our favorite tv show. The Alley shop is what holds the dearest place in our hearts. Cindy who runs the shop is the kindest woman and she has the BEST fan stories as well as a huge collection of memorabilia. She really goes out of her way to create a space where fans can geek out, feel seen and buy the best souvenirs. I have several glass drinking cups from her shop that are now my favorite to use. Her shop is just below the Mystic Grill which makes it even cooler. Cindy answers all and any questions you could have and can tell you the coolest stories from days she spent watching the cast film, as well as give the best tips for self-guided tours! I love this town, my husband loves this town, and we are obsessed with our Vampire Diaries community at The Alley Shop! I’ll never stop supporting this business.ps- did I mention she has the coolest souvenirs? best shop the town has! I can't wait to go back! VD fans- if you're hesitant, BOOK THE TRIP! it's the perfect weekend getaway.

We were very excited about this shop, it was the second place we went to, after Mystic Grill. The first young lady working when we entered was not inviting at all and acted like we were a bother just walking in. Thank goodness another girl came on shift or I wouldn’t have bought anything. I do agree with the reviews that everything is cheaply made and overpriced. Still fun to visit (as long as that girl isn’t there). Better quality items and much friendlier employees at Vampire Stalkers.

I’ve visited Covington a handful of times and each time stopping at The Alley is a MUST!!! The alley shop has the best MERCH for all of your Covington favorites like tvd, legacies, and sweet magnolias! The shop has a ton of clothing from the set of tvd which is super cool to see! The owner, Cindy, is the sweetest & it’s a great environment! Being located under the mystic grill is a nice bonus!!! DONT forget to take your picture on the Matt Donovan bench outside of the alley shop!

This was the second shop my family and I visited because I’m a fan of all 3 CW shows; The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Legacies. I hope the next time I visit they will have more legacies stuff like the school pin , T-shirts ,hoodies with the school crest and logo . Like we see in the show worn by the cast!!! Also I love the mini museum with clothing and memorabilia from the shows.

The price on the items were affordable and the shop was cute, staff was friendly. And they had some cool items from the show. We actually ran into (literally into lol) Zach Roerig (Matt Donovan) while we were there and politely asked for a picture with him before our dinner but the owner rushed him away telling us no, so we were a bit disappointed with that, unsure if he was there for something with the store that we were interrupting 🤷🏼‍♀️ missed out on what would probably be a once in a lifetime opportunity. So that’s the only negative thing.

I just want to start by saying this shop is very nice inside and cool to see I love the soaps and shirts but that’s about it. I have purchased jewelry from here and it changes colors quick I recently brought a mug and it broke without me even using it. And they was nothing they could do to compensate. I would have to spend $12 again. I think $12 for a mug at least it will be good quality but no. Would not be shopping here any more when I travel down to the famous “mystic falls” better off going across the street to vampire stalkers store very high quality over there.
