so glad my partner and i moved out of this depressing apartment. it was very dark in our unit - very little sunlight because you get one window from your bedroom facing the balcony, which will be covered by palm trees. or you get a unit that faces the parking lot.
i also wish i had a dollar for every time someone/ maintenance had to walk into my home and you have very little notice! they will pound on your door and then let themselves in w/o waiting to see if you're even home or dressed decent. Someone has had to come into the apartment every other month to inspect or check something. the cabinets, doors, and sinks are made cheaply / placed poorly, so nothing will open w/o hitting something else, and water will flood your counters (:

I understand apartments can be very noisy because many people and pets live here, but it is SO excessive in this complex. Every upstairs neighbor will stomp and run around so much that your dishes will rattle. and there's a lot of unsupervised children playing basketball down the hallways and in the parking lot.
You pay for pest control, but it doesn't get rid of the giant spiders, abundance of mosquitoes, and cockroaches. i understand it's florida, but it's been excessive. The nicest part of these apartments is the pool and gym. It's almost $1,900 for a small 1 bedroom here, but that's just how it is in Viera now, i guess.
We moved to a new apartment and don't have any issues whatsoever now.

I really enjoyed living here! So sad I have to move out of FL. The entire staff is amazing. Everybody is kind, attentive and obviously cares about the tenants. I have lived in many different complexes over the years, and this is definitely one of the very best! Thank you, everyone, for a wonderful experience!

I have a leaking ceiling fan outside of my front door which has created a big puddle in the hallway. I have to walk through this puddle to get into/out of my apartment. I first brought this up to the complex about a month ago give or take. I brought it up again, to the complex staff and to maintenance directly, within the past few days, as there is a hurricane approaching and the rain is likely going to be heavy. The water is already up to the door frame and has saturated the draft blocker I attached to the bottom of the door. I am very worried about water coming into my apartment during this storm but nobody seems to care. Regardless, I should not have to walk myself and my dogs through this puddle every day. This is unacceptable and I don't know what else to do to communicate that I need this to be fixed right away.

This apartment complex is truly a gem. The area is beautiful and the location is amazing, within walking distance of schools, shopping, and public parks. They have the most amazing pool anywhere, and office/maintenance are all incredible.

We love it here!! Was looking at other units and Madison has been so great showing us different layouts and being so sweet and super informative. We enjoy all of the events that are offered each month, plus the activities and food trucks are much appreciated!!! Thank you so much Madison for all of your help and your time.
Also we love the maintenance Jonathan, David and Jordan have been so great and are very helpful and always very friendly.

My hubby, pup, and I loved staying here and would highly recommend these apartments. You can’t beat the area with so many stores and restaurants right around the corner. You may end up a bit spoiled with how close everything is to you as we did. We lived here for almost a year and only moved because it was time for a house. The amenities are wonderful and we were in that pool nearly every day after work during the hot months- pool stays cool. Courtney and Athena with management were great and were always very nice and courteous helping us with any concerns or questions we had. The maintenance crew (David) are really nice as well and you’ll see them running around the complex on their golf carts throughout the day keeping the complex in good condition. Any maintenance request you submit through your online resident portal is handled swiftly. Parking is first come first serve so you’re not always going to have a spot close to your apartment - I highly recommend investing in a trolly cart to help with your groceries or heavy items to carry to your apartment. We used ours almost on the daily and makes the walk with the items no big deal. My husband and I own a food truck and management often will have a food truck night. They allowed us to feed our complex on one of these food truck nights getting to meet many of our neighbors and everyone was very friendly. This is a pet friendly community - We have a dog (pic) and she loved the doggy play area and pretty much begged us all the time to go out there to see her new friends. Safety here was never an issue even though it’s not a gated community which speaks allot about the area. Moving out was a smooth transaction as well. Management really did all they could to help with our transition as moving can be stressful. They offer a stress free cleaning fee option I highly recommend to take them up on when it’s time to move on. Simply follow the rules, do your part to keep the complex clean (pick up after your pet and yourself) and thoroughly read your lease agreement for deadline dates you need to reach (14 day move in condition inspection, 60 day notice to vacate, fill any picture holes upon move out, etc.) and you should have a great experience as well.

Took a tour of the Artisan in Viera & I must give a shout out to Madison the Sales Agent, she was superb, extremely knowledgeable & friendly.
The property grounds & apartments are beautiful.
The location is excellent as well. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to lease in the Melbourne area.
