Spent $300 and didn’t get what I discussed very specifically with the artist. The coffee mug is missing glaze on about half of the mug and is painted very poorly. The silhouette piece has bubbles that appear to be filled in with some sort of marker as it differs from the color of the paint. The words are not even centered on a piece I spent almost $100 on. I asked for tans, greys, and light blues on the border like beach colors and got blue, green, and pink. I paid extra for artwork on a canvas in jewel tones and got no additional artwork for $16 that was paid for the additional. Flower pot was supposed to have pea pods and even told the story to the artist why. No pea pods are on the flower pot, only flowers. There is also glaze missing in chunks on the flower pot. 4 out of 4 pieces had something wrong. Part of it could have been miscommunication, but the way they wanted to address it was me to drop off then have to pick it up an hour and a half away. Even that “solution” took convincing. That didn’t seem fair for their mistakes. I did demand a refund for the artwork but only got refunded $20. The artwork charge was $16- $27 each piece so $20 definitely didn’t cover for all of the many mistakes. Again paid $300 for the 4 pieces. Whoever I spoke with was rude. I was admittedly frustrated, but these were the main gifts for family this year and am quite embarrassed by the poor workmanship. Takeaway: please provide your customers clear expectations in your art pieces. If there’s going to be words misaligned, let your customers know this a possibility. If it’s possible the artist is going to forget the exact artwork, again just let the customer know that it may not be exact. I have learned lessons as well which include to provide even clearer cut expectations. I would not recommend this business to anyone. It has left me scrambling to find the money and gifts to replace for Christmas.

We have attended this local place for nearly 6 years. It's a great place for parties, events, work gatherings, with your spouse, kids and or friends. My kids love going to paint and the help that Ms Morgan provides. The Artsy Place is very involved with our community as well, which is very important to me. She is constantly giving back and taking her talent into our school systems for our youth. Go check this fun place out or she will come to you.

I love the The Arty Place. It's so much fun to go and paint. There is so much to pick from to paint. Morgan the owner is great. Super sweet and goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. This is a great place for all ages. There is something for everyone to paint there.

Me and my friend went to the artsy place on 6th street for the first time and it was a great experience you get to pic your art piece paint and pick it up later after they glaze it!!! And I had a cup of coffee!!! The girls were so nice friendly and kind I would go back again !!

A great place to go relax and have some fun. The staff is always very helpful and they have a way of making your gray skies turn blue again. I love The Artsy Place. They also have some great coffee drinks. If you haven't tried them, you are definitely missing out.❤️

The Artsy Place is a wonderful place to paint pottery, canvas or anything you can think of. The owner is a sweet sweet young lady and very helpful. She will share her talent and love for art with anyone!! Defiantly recommended for anyone young or old!!

We love love love the Artsy and Coffee! The coffees are absolutely amazing and all the baristas are so helpful! They will help you find the perfect coffee for you! Also, my boys love going to paint! Very accommodating and a fun bonding experience!

Visited The Artsy Place for the first time just last night.. and loved it!! They have such a great variety of pottery, wooden signs and canvases to paint! The owner and workers were so incredibly helpful and attentive! This place definitely brings out the inner artist in you!!
