Ive shopped here twice, ill start with the second time because its much more disrespectful. I came in looking for some live bait and wanted 12 shrimp. I then tried to use my MILITARY DISCOUNT. and the guy running the counter said,” you want to use your military on only 12 shrimp” i dont care if im buying a KitKat. why do i need to have an argument over wether or not i should or shouldnt be able to use my military. I have served my country and dont deserve that disrespect.

the first time i asked how much the weights were and the lady told me 1 dollar per weight and when i went to check out with 10 she said my total was 33 dollars. I was confused natural, argued for a few minutes then she realized her mistake and didnt even apologize then said its 1 dollar per ounce.

This probably family owned, and maybe i just caught them on a bad day, but i damn sure deserve an apology. I quite literally have never written a poor review like this before, maybe 5 yrs ago at the latest. Hopefully the place will turn around

Real simple, but can't beat the convenience. I only get live shrimp there. Only once in probably 7 years did they not have any. But even then they were able to substitute some muddies.

Called ahead to make sure they had live shrimp and were indeed open as we were driving down from Jax to fish. Got to the shop as the kid running it was taking care of another customer. Right as we walk up he decides to close up the shop at 4:30 PM and go sit on his phone and talk to his buddies by a boat next to the shop, while myself and 4 others waited for bait. After waiting for 20+ minutes while the kid repeatedly looked at the line of waiting customers we gave up and left.
