Every girl in Baldwin County must have a pair of cowgirl boots in her closet, and this is the place to get them! With so many great concerts and rodeos to go to, this is an investment worth making. The staff is incredibly helpful and honest (some of the boots can get pricey but they don’t my try to upsell)ensuring you make the right choice for you. Whether you are just traveling through, new to town, or looking for an upgrade, this boot store has everything you need. Don’t miss out on this local gem!

Went here for the first time earlier this afternoon with some friends. I was absolutely shocked by the selection of boots here. If Boot Heaven is real, then it's this store.
Found some very nice hunting boots on sale and merino wool socks. Couldn't be happier with how my first visit went.

Great selection. The staff is amazing. Would not hesitate to come here again.

I bought a pair of expensive work boots from the boot store. I’ve had the boots less than a year and the side of them blew out. The boot store, refuses to warranty or even take a look at them. I bought a pair of boots from Academy for $100 and they’re three years old and they’re still in good shape, I will not do business with the boot store, they do not stand behind the products the sell.

The boot store definitely has a large selection of items. They have a place outside to clean your muddy boots off so that’s an interesting plus. No dogs allowed (with the exception of service animals) Some of the aisles may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues, however there are plenty of workers around that seemed more than happy to grab boots for people to try on. Plenty of benches to sit and try on the shoes, and shoe horns were available to make putting them on a little easier. They have a large selection of both men and women’s boots along with clothes. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Awesome prices and staff with a great selection. Please shop here before amazon or anything online. I found my thorogood workboots $30 cheaper than on Amazon, and i learned i was 1/2 size smaller than my old pair that had a waterproof lining in them which i wouldn't have known if i bought them online. Very fun to shop here! Will probably buy another pair of these from them for a pair of weekend boots.

I recently visited the store this previous Saturday April 20,2024. I am not pleased with how I was treated nor talked to during my interactions. I understand theft is a big thing today, but I bought all of my boots (2 pair), while my sister was trying on the pair she liked I had the one pair I was purchasing next to her on the bench and the sales person just kept following us up and down the isle even after we said we didn’t need help. She then proceeded to grab the boots saying I’ll just put these at the front so no one else grabs them reminder the store was practically empty. I was on the phone with another friend who was almost at the store to purchase her boot cleaner and your sales associate said to me “ calling for some money” being funny like I wasn’t here to spend any. After me and my sister chose the pair we liked we headed upfront to checkout I spent almost $400 and I was treated so very poorly, having a business and being racially profiled on top of treated like a thief and talked to like a dog isn’t acceptable!! Any color, race , gender etc. should be able to shop comfortably without having smart remarks and to be hounded. The manager, I didn’t get her name was very sweet and said “ Danielle apologize now” but I don’t feel like that was enough. Theres no telling how others are treated, nor how much money your loosing having an employee like that. Overall a horrible experience, but I loved the boots I had to have them.
