Absolutely outstanding experience at The Boot Store in Pensacola! I walked in needing a solid pair of boots to judge a livestock show, and I left not only with the perfect pair but also feeling like I’d just spent time with old friends.

Heather was phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. She didn’t just sell me a pair of boots and belt; she made sure they were exactly what I needed for the job and fit like a glove. Truly blown away!

And a big shoutout to Joseph—talking Braves baseball with him was a blast and just made a my day!

Absolutely amazing store. Dalina, Heather, and Carl were all beyond helpful and kind. Carl helped me find the perfect boot while Dalina helped my 5 year old daughter find her perfect fit. I went back home and couldnt stop thinking about a certain pair of boots and when I called back, Dalina was more than willing to help me track down the boot I had in mind. Really great product selections including accessories bags hats and apparel. Reasonable prices and even a 50% off rack ... very fun store, not a tourist trap, well worth stopping in if you happen to be passing by. If you live in Pensacola you'll want to stop by to meet your local business folks... good peoples. Thanks again so very much and can't wait to see yall again.

Mrs. Dalina knows everything about boots.
What kinds are best for what work, what sole type is better, what size the boot needs to be and how to tell that size by heel movement, how the sock plays into fitment, etc.
Came in to get my son a pair of boots and she took the reigns and had him fit his own boots through instruction.
Ask for Mrs. Dalina, you won't be disappointed. She is great with kids.

People get busy & make mistakes. I took my daughter's conceal carry boots back in for repair (they were still basically new). Two things needed fixed & honestly, they must've been defective because they shouldn't have needed repair so quickly.
They took like 6+ months before they were ready for pickup. My husband picked them up. And, I realized the repair had Not been done. We live about 2 hours away. I figured if they had not yet fixed the boots in that amount of time, they were not interested in doing so.

This is an awesome place to shop. They've got everything you need and every boot in every size just about. I just got me a new pair of boots and I would like to compliment Dalina. She was beyond helpful. And made sure the boot fit or she wouldn't sell it to me. Now that's customer service. I've never had a bad experience in this store. Wonderful place with wonderful people.

Support Local Businesses!! They take care of you!! My husband bought a pair of boots 6 months ago and the seam busted at the toe plate. They tried to make repairs but when that didn’t work they replaced the boots. So very grateful to support their business!!!

Not only was she super knowledgeable in helping us select boots for our children but she so kind and patient in the process. We absolutely loved her!!
