Madison, my bridal loft specialist, was so welcoming and attentive, making my dress shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to my vision for the perfect dress and helped me find the one that felt just right.

What really stood out was how they handled the customizations. They made sure every detail was perfect, ensuring the dress fit me like a glove. The alterations were flawless, and the recommended seamstress did an incredible job.

I had the most amazing time at the Bridal Loft! I traveled to Pensacola from North Carolina and Alyssa made sure I had the perfect “luxury” experience. A few days before my appointment, she checked in to ask about my wedding vision, color themes, snack/drink preferences, and any special people I might want to include or FaceTime during the appointment. Alyssa was so attentive to the features I wanted in a dress, and trying on all the options truly made me feel like a princess. The warm, welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail, and wide variety of dress options made this appointment absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the Bridal Loft to anyone looking for a magical, personalized bridal experience!

I am so happy with my experience. Alyssa, the owner, is the sweetest person to work with. She made the fitting so incredibly personal to me and listened attentively to understand my vision. All of the staff treated me and my guests with nothing but kindness.
Alyssa did not restrict my selection of dresses even though my wedding is less than 5 months away and personally took responsibility to ensure my dress arrives in ample time.
She understood my vision so well that she read my mind with accessory suggestions and made my dreams come true in that regard. In comparison, other bridal shops in the area were much more negative about my timeline. Other bridal shops also did not allow for such an intimate experience in such a supportive environment.
I highly recommend this place and I am so confident in my decision. Alyssa really cares for her customers. After my experience, they also congratulated me privately and publicly on Instagram and gave me a gift! If this review wasn't already so long I would gladly add more positive details— very pleased.

I could not be happier with my experience! I booked the ”luxury” experience and we had a wonderful evening. Alyssa was wonderful the whole evening. She called me a few days before the appointment to get. A few details about my vision, theme, vibes were going for and even asked about dietary restrictions of any guests attending. I felt beautiful every single dress I tried on! There were 2 dresses I was torn between and came back the following weekend to decide. They gave me just as much attention the second time as the first, and I found the one! Never did I think that buying my wedding dress would move me to tears the way it did. Thank you ladies so much!

If I could give these ladies A MILLION stars I would!!! This has been the most amazing customer service experience of my life! First and foremost, the store is beautiful, clean and inviting. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and important. Our stylist, Alyssa, is the most wonderful person! The experience from beginning to end was really heartwarming. Alyssa took the time to get to know me and my wedding plans and made me feel so special! Not only was she kind, she was so supportive and accommodating. The dress I ended up ordering was a dress made by their company and a portion of the purchase is donated to a women’s domestic violence organization which MELTED MY HEART! Everything about this place oozes professionalism, these ladies really care about what they do and it shows!!! Huge thank you to Alyssa, our stylist and Alyssa the owner. Can’t wait to come back when my dress comes in!!!

Alyssa was truly the sweetest person to share this experience with! Long story short- I live out in Texas and I had to get a dress last minute out in TX so it would arrive on time for my August wedding and I was bummed my family had to miss out on that experience. I came into town for my bridal shower this week and I called the Bridal Loft and Alyssa was so quick to help me try on dresses very similar to the one I got and even some fun styles I didn’t get the chance to try on at the other shop. I highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to feel a lot of pressure and a stylist that will help you feel so beautiful and confident!

I recently found my dress at The Bridal Loft. The staff was extremely friendly the whole time. Alyssa really listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses according to what I did and didn’t like on each dress. She was also interested in my ring, how I got proposed to, where we were getting married etc. which made me feel like she cared beyond making a sale. She stayed within my price point which was a big deal for me. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I can’t imagine having a better experience.

What an amazing experience today. My daughter is the bride-to-be and this was our first time trying on dresses. It will be hard to find something better. Lauren was so attentive, warm, and so helpful. We have 2 dresses on our favorite list. The selection of dresses is fantastic and great for my daughter to try on dresses she thought she liked and then realized she liked different ones.
