I’m not one to write many reviews on here especially a negative one. But this place is very hostile to its customers. Went on 7/01 around 11:20 am the associate that attend my mother and I immediately told her she doesn’t not speak Spanish in a very non formal way. In which I immediately went to step in to help. She spoke in a very rude tone and when trying to give her a coupon it did not work for both me and my mom separate transactions and they weren’t expired . They were items that did get it and were not on clearance. So we found that very odd. We’ve had issues with this store before like with the customer service there but decided to say something now. I’m an associate at a retail store so I know how cashiering works and how to speak to guest and the way this lady was. I can see why others on here also complain about its hostility. To anyone still reading this I recommend you to go to the children’s place located in Huntington park they have better deals. They are bilingual. (We went the next day and they took the coupon that this store was saying it had an error and wouldn’t take it). Most importantly they aren’t hostile towards you and your family. To the lady who attended us I hope you learn from this and better yourself. Thank you.

15 cents for a bag? I mean seriously if it is a grocery store and or Walmart it's understandable, but charging for bags? Utterly RIDICULOUS, customer service is horrendous

Filthy mess! Completely unorganized! Shouldn't there be a closing staff to rearrange store before next day opening?! Staff is slow, and store messy did not make me want to shop. Walked out, rather shop online or elsewhere!

Be careful what you buy. Try every piece of clothing. I tried one jean on my daughter and bought other colors in the exact same style and size and they fit super loose. Couldn't exchange them because I threw out the tags being confident that they would all fit. They dont take exchanges without the tags.

Rude customer service I called over the phone to ask if I can get an even exchange on shoes that I bought that were 30 bu is and online I seen them for 18 the girl over the phone told me to just bring receipt and when I get to the store they want the physical shoe which I didnt bring the girl over the did didn't tell me to bring the shoes so the girl at the store britney talked to me with such attitude I told brit.ey o the girl over the phone didnt ask me to bring the shoes she was talking to me loud and rude she shouldn't work with customers if she has attitude hope they dont have her in registry and I will call Corp on her.

Wonderful customer service.I did not realize the new store hours and Entered the store close to closing and they were extremely helpful. I realized I left my keys after the store was closed and they answered the phone and they met me at the door with my keys.

Servicio pésimo. Hoy mismo acudí a hacer el pago de mi tarjeta, y no me regresaron el cambio. Obvio fue mi culpa por qué estaba distraída ya que estaba tarde para recoger a mis hijos de la escuela. Me di cuenta en estacionamiento, pero no pude regresar . Les llamé, y me dijeron que no hablan español y nadie podía atenderme.
