We enjoyed our ladies shopping day, @ the Outlets, The Children's Place. The store entrance was clear and pristine, Semi busy, but no long lines at register. Great displays, Sales items marked and visible, plus the scanner for price checking was working great.
The store was very organized, and team was not just standing around...they were placing inventory out for customers consistently. Floors were clean, area at POS was well organized, clear, and counter top was clear. Sales associate was extremely thoughtful, even though she had to give her POS Sales pitch for store credit card, her tone was as if she were speaking to a friend or respected family member.
I normally don't like shopping Outlets but the experience at the location was indeed fun.
Thanks Guys for doing an awesome job. I hope your management appreciate your hard work.

Love the sales and the cute clothes but the customer service I received from a lady name KATHY that worked there she was rude and racist toward me when I asked a simple question about something that was rung up wrong. She proceeded to be rude the whole transaction, I will not shop at the location again. This was not my first time hearing how rude she is to the customers. You'll will lose customers if she continues to work there and I will definitely tell others about the customer service here.

Ordered clothes and shoes for my daughter including an easter dress that was supposed to be delivered to my business on Friday. They sent an update saying it was delayed and that it would be delivered on Saturday!! Saturday comes and it says the post office attempted delivery!!!! Now it’s Sunday and it’s easter!!! No easter dress and shoes for my daughter! I am livid!!!!! The post office didn’t attempt delivery! It’s a business! All they had to do was walk in the door!! When I get it, return to sender and NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Cuteish cloths not the best quality fabric easily rips and tares up in delicate washer cycles shoes are nice but ridiculous price for shoes you can buy cheaper at Walmart! This store clearly needs to step up it quality and lower prices for Generic products!

So I made an online purchase went to the store 4 days later to pick up and the representative said she put the items back. I only had 3 days to pick up the items. That is a short pickup window especially for items that have been purchased. I can understand if I hadn't paid for them and the items were just being held.

The manager was very nonchalant and nasty. They wouldn't take me e-certificate /giftcard. And locked the doors on me and my family at 7PM and store hours says 9pm. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in that kind of atmosphere. I did have that problem in Trussville when i left leeds.
