I cannot praise The Collection Bridal and the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. I was so touched by their care and attention. Last weekend, my partner and I arrived less than 48 hours before our wedding distraught because my original wedding gown purchased at a different store had been ruined by their in-house tailor (the dress was stained under her care and they were unable to remove it). The staff here let me in for a fitting an hour before closing, showed me such empathy I was moved to tears, and found me a gorgeous dress in under 30 minutes. Their tailor even stayed behind to do a rush order of alterations the same night so we could pick it up the next morning. They helped me find a quick solution under time constraint, displayed patient calmness throughout, and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. The service was phenomenal. I will never forget the loving care I received from them. 100% recommend!!!!

Kate was kind, attentive, and understanding of exactly what we were looking for in a dress as well as our budget. Once I said yes to the dress, my measurements were taken right away to assist in choosing the correct dress size to order. The actual purchasing process was simple and quick. I was so impressed with my experience with the Collection. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness from all of the stylists. This was my second experience searching for a wedding dress and I wasn’t really sure what style I wanted. The staff were all so patient and introduced me to beautiful high end designer dresses of a variety of styles until I figured out the style I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision at all which is great, because I was very indecisive! The space was beautiful and my parents who were with me felt so comfortable and welcomed.

I went for my fitting a few months later and felt like the experience of getting the dress to be perfect for me was seamless. I had to have quite a few adjustments due to some weight changes and their work was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I loved my experience and recommend it to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress… even if you don’t know what that is yet!

I already knew it would take me forever to find the dress of my dreams. And I was so scared it wouldn’t fit right or just didn’t exist. When I walked into the collection bridal as a stranger I was met with friendly kind attention and when I walked out of their doors three visits later with my dress I felt like family. They not only helped me find the perfect dress for my vision and my shape, they pampered me. I still have the adorable little candle they gave me. They celebrated this beautiful moment with me and made it truly memorable. Everyone asked me where I found my beautiful dress. I felt like a queen walking down the aisle. Walk don’t run, to The Collection Bridal. I went to two other local bridal boutiques before trying The Collection and should have just started there! They have so many beautiful styles and it did not take long before I found “the one”. Melanie specifically helped me and I am so grateful for her! She asked questions about my vision, budget and is so friendly! Even better, the alterations are done “in house”. I absolutely love that! I had fitting appointments once my dress came in and the team made sure everything was PERFECT! From try on to delivery I was impressed! Thank you Melanie and Team!!

Was very excited to come to this appointment, expecting it to be very beautiful & welcoming like other places in Winter Park. I was deeply disappointed. My friend & I walked in, were half-way greeted, and told to stand by the door until someone was available even though we had an appointment. There was a lack of selection, poor lighting, dirty & dusty looking throughout the whole shop. My stylist (assume is the owner) did not ask any questions other than what my budget was. She was all over the entire shop, dealing with other costumers during my scheduled appointment. My friend even had to fluff all the dresses I tried on, because my stylist was nowhere to be found. I felt very neglected and experienced a lack of enthusiasm as a bride looking for her wedding dress. Would not recommend this place.

I had the best experience finding my dress here! Melanie was so helpful and I truly don’t think I would’ve found my dream dress without her. The entire experience was wonderful from the beautiful showroom to the wide variety of dresses. I couldn’t recommend The Collection Bridal more!
