By far the worst customer service expierance I have ever had in my life I called first before going to this place being I live 45 mins from town and the lady I normally go to outside of this place was booked so I called and asked if they could make me a shimmer and shine shirt for my daughter birthday they said yes they could I told them I had my own shirt and I asked how much it would cost they said 10 to 15 dollars ok no problem and they said I would need a pic of what I wanted ok so I found a pic of one I found on etsy and went over there the next day showed them the pic and they acted like they couldn't do it but the boss took my name and number and my shirt and said let me see what I can come up with ok that sounded great only they never got back with me or nothing it was like I was left in the dark on it she asked when I needed it by I told her not till the 7th ok that wasn't a problem a few days later she texted me and said it was ready wow that was fast I asked to see a pic of it I got no response so I called I also asked if there was a certain time I needed to come get it she said no I'm not going to sell ur shirt it has ur daughter's name on it ok it was today a week later that I knew I was going to town I could swing by to pic it up after all I told her I don't need it till the 7th the boss wasn't there but the other girl was she got my shirt out and I was devastated when I seen it... It looked awful it looked nothing like the picture I showed them it was not even close there was nothing shimmery about it it was just flat for those that don't no shines hair is a royal blue color and her clothes are a teal color the shine on my shirt had baby blue hair and Christmas green clothes there faces looked nothing like they do on t.v or all the shimmer and shine stuff u see and my daughter's name was done in pink when it was suppose to be royal purple and her age was also done in pink when it was suppose to be a gold color she wanted me to pay 19.00 and some change for this after they quoted me 10 to 15 dollars I refused to pay that much so she called her boss she asked me what I didn't like bout the shirt so I told her everything I told the girl she said I payed to by the decal I don't understand why u don't like it I think it's perfect....for the future I will not do any custom made orders for u she just got real nasty with me I said I understand that but I gave u a picture she said yes u did that was my mistake I will just have to eat it this time but I won't do any customer orders for u again I said I can pay u some money but I'm not paying that much when it wasn't even close to what I wanted then she said it's actually not my mistake I don't see anything wrong with it .. she kept on and on so I hung up and walked out I will not be back ever she has a lot of practice to do if she thought the shirt was perfect not only on that but on her customer service skills as well there is no reason to treat ppl like that it's there job to satisfy there customers if there not satisfied then at least work something out with them but she didn't poor quality poor attitude from the very beginning
