While I'm happy with the product, the owner assured me that they were flight friendly. They clearly are not. The vinegar leaked and are no longer something I would give as a gift since everything was stained and sticky upon arrival.

The woman who helped us at this store was very knowledgeable and very friendly! We tried almost all of the different oil and vinegar flavors. She warned me about one of the oils being extremely spicy and suggested I follow it with the chocolate vinegar. This was definitely necessary as that particular oil was HOT! We ended up skipping on purchasing that one but did buy four different oils and four vinegar flavors. We can't wait to use these when we return from our trip!

I purchased two sleeveless dresses here upon my visit to my sister's home in Naples this past March. One was in stock and the other was to be delivered to my New York address 5 days later. I was charged for delivery and would have expected the package to be boxed appropriately. Not only did I wait over 3 weeks to receive the package but the dress was stuffed into a small book box ~ the smallest box USPS sells. The dress was crumbled and the chiffon material all wrinkled.

I emailed and called the company and asked for a refund. I was told that one would be issued once the package was returned. I sent the dress back the same way it was delivered to me and tracked the package. It arrived in Naples, Florida on April 25th. I have yet to see any refund posting on my online banking account and all my emails/calls concerning this matter have been ignored.
In all actuality, I should have received a refund without having to return the package based on the manner in which it was delivered to me, but I was happy to return the product and trusted that the refund would be forthcoming

As my experience in Naples was stellar in every way with all other shop owners and restaurants, I was quite shocked by this dismissive, careless and incompetent customer service in an upscale area that attracts tourists from all over the world.

I believe that it was the owner that helped us out with figuring everything out during our visit. She advised us on hot sauces to buy and what was popular. She also helped us a ton by gift wrapping our purchase.
The shop looks amazing and was very clean! Would definitely check it out again!
