What can I say, the flower box has always come through for me and my family. Today was my grandmothers funeral and they made the most beautiful arrangements!!! Seeing examples of the flower options to pick from on the website was very helpful. We did have to call in to place the order but my husband didn’t mind. Staff was very helpful and communicated very well, keeping us abreast of the status. Our wreath was delivered to the funeral home in a timely manner. And it was full and beautiful and the roses were fresh and absolutely gorgeous. I’d say the prettiest of all and many relatives complimented and made note of the florist. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, I didn't get the lady name but she went above and beyond with all my concerns. The roses on display looked a little old to me but she was more than happy to replace them for me! Beautiful flowers, you won't be disappointed here and prices are reasonable. Don't settle for sad looking flowers for your next occasion, wow your family and friends here, because they certainly wow me. Will be coming back to this amazing location. Today my wife ordered an arrangement by phone from Texas for my mom's birthday who lives in Dinuba. The arrangement was beyond our expectations they did a great job, my mom loved it. They delivered the same day, Very good customer service, they even sent us pictures!

Wonderful experience working with The Flower Box over the phone; then, seeing in-person the results of their efforts. On this occasion we used them to provide a living floral arrangement for a memorial service in the area. Not only was their work beautiful, they communicated fully, including sending the attached picture and letting me know when the delivery was made. We were also present for the service and saw the fine work they did.
