I have many great things to say about Jason The Hammer. He made the experience of buying a home fun and exciting. Me and my wife lived in NJ all our lives and did not know anything about Central Florida, besides Disney...lol. Jason is very knowledgeable about the area, the schools and all things Central Florida. Better late than never! Forgive me Chelby for my very very late response. I’d like to thank Mrs Chelby foremost for hanging in there for over a years time in helping me find my home. She was more than responsive to all my questions (and boy did I have a lot of them). She was very knowledgeable in dealing w/the lenders & overall pretty much knew more than the sellers when it came to paperwork in making life determining decisions when choosing my home. My wife and I recently worked with the Funk Collection from out of state to purchase a home in the Orlando area. From day one, their entire team was highly attentive to our needs. They go above and beyond to serve you. We got to work with Michael Prendergast, one of their agents, as well as both owners, Renee and Jeff. Every single person we worked with exceeded our expectations. Michael was responsive and has excellent communication. He would follow-up with us once per week during our search to answer questions or review listings with us. He was extremely patient with us despite having to schedule a trip 2 months out in order to tour homes. When we travelled to Orlando, Jeff covered for Michael and met with us to tour homes. He handled everything and made sure all appointments were scheduled. He even made some suggestions which we listened to and which ultimately led to us getting under contract on our dream home! During the closing, the team was nothing short of amazing. Michael worked diligently with us and our lender to get the transaction closed quickly. Michael and the Funk Collection are the only real estate team I would ever hire again. They are that incredible at what they do!

My experience with Selby Turnbull was amazing! He was always very attentive and gave me the best guidance. While the home selling process can be very nerve-wracking, he was always there to help and made everything easier! I am very happy with how everything turned out!
