The customer experience and the customer service has been nothing short of phenomenal! The Team is personable, Hard working, Prompt, Timely, Efficient & Proficient and most importantly professional. This has been such an amazing experience, I worked with Danny, Marino, Jose , Juan , and Sam and together they turned an HOA violation into anwork of art lol. I have zero complaints and will not only be referring them in the future but also coming back for more great prices and more excellent customer service. Please stop what youre doing and book them now you will NOT regret it!

Bought 7 yards of clean crushed concrete to fill bad spots in my dirt road.Started finding steel fencing rods as it settled. I reached out to an employee and was told they did get a batch with steel in it. Asked to speak to a manager who wasn’t there, I was told the pics I sent in with the steel I collected so far were forwarded to the manager. I called back twice with the promise of a return call. Never happened. Way to run a business, just ignore your customers and hope they go away. I would not recommend this business because if there is a problem you can forget about hearing back.

We use them almost weekly. Good prices, but delivery has never been on time, or close to when we are told. If you’ve got all day to wait or can drop what you are doing and meet them they are decent. When you order, they say they will call when they are loading the truck but we haven’t had that happen yet either.

I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about The Gardens at Wesley Chapel Rock & Landscape Supply. Unfortunately, I was scammed by a Landscaping company recently, and when I went to TGWCRLS - they listened to what happened, deeply apologized that I experienced it, and immediately went into ACTION to help me fix what the bad landscapers messed up. They went ABOVE and BEYOND, and their customer services, prices, knowledge, and overall friendliness and hospitality was impeccable. I highly highly recommend them, and the STAFF from incredible too. I will return over and over because they did such a great job. 🙂

This place is great.. we came in for mulch and Tim helped us, he's very friendly and happy to help, of course we couldn't help wandering around and looking at all of the wonderful things for sale here.. we've been sending our customers here for years for the mulch and this was our first time wandering in ourselves... Definitely not the last..

Great place. Awesome customer service. Big jobs or small jobs they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I like to pick up unique small pieces for fish tanks and reptile enclosures. Always a nice variety of inexpensive choices.👍😁
