I absolutely love this boutique and have suggested it to multiple people, as well as shopped here many times. However, I could not return/exchange an unworn dress with the tags still on it that was nearly $100 which is very frustrating. The policy was “10 days” and I did not find out I couldn’t wear the dress until this week. The girl who was helping me turned to the, I assume manager, and said “your call” and although the manager heard the situation she rudely said, “It says 10 days.” I will not be a returning customer.

Had an incredible experience!! I wish I would have caught her name but the sweet girl that worked there bent over backwards to help me find a last minute dress for my anniversary. Also they are extremely reasonably priced for a boutique. Forever my favorite place to shop!!!

My daughter has great luck every time we go to The Haley Boutique. The styles are current & just what the girls want these days. The prices are not astronomical & we always leave with me feeling like we got great bargains. The staff is always very friendly & helpful. I can’t say enough good things about The Haley!
