Crystal the manager is awesome! Great customer service and truly takes care of the customer. The chicken salad is one of my favorites and the classic smoke turkey sandwich on a bakers roll of course!

My husband and I visited this location and decided to dine in since he had a gift card from his employer. Andrew was very kind and attentive, even though there was a rush of customers just before we came in and it appeared he was training a new employee, Shameka (sp?).

We took our time ordering, because we are not used to ordering lunch from The Honey Baked Ham Company, mostly family meals to go. Andrew did not rush us or seem impatient, he actually explained the menu items and was rather patient. As we dined in, it seemed there had been a complaint just before we ordered, but Andrew maintained his composure and handled the issue professionally was able to serve the customers on site.

There was even an instance when a gentleman who appeared to be "down on his luck" that entered the store. We gave him our gift card since he was just sitting without anything to eat and there was still a balance remaining. The order he made was just a little bit over the amount on the card, and when my husband offered to pay the excess, Andrew paid the difference himself without judging or demeaning the customer.

We will definitely return to this location, just because we enjoyed the atmosphere along with the great meal.

I don't remember the lady's name. It was a black lady with grey locs who was very helpful. She went up and beyond to help me when my QR code was not working. They were able to locate my order, I was so appreciative

My lunch experience at Honey Baked Ham in Austell was incredible! Foremost, the customer service was excellent. My cashier was Crystal and she went above and beyond to make my first experience at Honey Baked Ham a great one. She was very helpful with menu recommendations and even offered samples to help my selection process. And the food, amazing! I purchased the Garlic Herb Turkey & Cheddar Sliders and they were delicious and very flavorful. I also purchased the side of Mac & Cheese and I was surprised at how good it was. I sampled the Chicken Salad (that goes on sandwich) and Broccoli Bacon Bliss (side). Those items were also very good. So much so that I plan to go back tomorrow to purchase. I had no idea Honey Baked Ham sold much other than hams and turkeys. I highly recommend their deli options and especially the Austell location for their customer service!

Dear God in heaven. I've lived near one for the past 4 years. I finally tried it out. And every weekend I'm off. I go back now. The staff , crystal , is sweeter than bear meat. They all are so kind and accommodating. They bring my food to my table. They ask me if the meal is acceptable or if I need anything else. The food is always fresh and great tasting. Try that Mac n cheese when crystal is there. I've had it when other people made it and it wasn't as great as it was when she made it. But the sandwiches are awesome sauce. But , You will pay out your nose for a meal.

Mrs. Crystal Calvin was amazing! I made a purchase online and she educated me on an option with better value. “People don’t care what you know until they know you care” and Mrs. Calvin genuinely cares. She helped set me up for success for a big presentation and I owe her tremendously her her efforts. I will definitely be doing more business with this location because of my interaction with Mrs. Calvin and her awesome staff!

I just got home from a mad dash to Honey Baked Ham in Austell, GA. Unsure, Pressed for time, I called the store to asked about hours finding out I only had a few minutes left until closing. Crystal, the GM there told me not to worry, she would give me until 6:40 PM to arrive. Making it with ten minutes to spare, I was treated like the store was just opening. There were no attitudes, no rushing, or rolled eyes, only great customer service. Crystal and the young woman at the register gave me all the help I needed. In a world where customer service is a thing we used to remember in the good old days; I was very happy and impressed by the excellent service I received. I was so thankful to Crystal I gave her a huge hug! I used to go the the HBH off Barrett Pkwy, but no more. The Austell location is my new go to location. Big thanks to Crystal and company for making feel like a valued customer!

I'm not much of a sandwich person, but when my husband decided he wanted to eat here, I kept an open mind! I'm glad I did because the Tavern Club was superb! I got the meal, so a drink and chips come with the sandwich. I enjoyed my whole sandwich and will be back for the broccoli bacon bliss salad! The atmosphere was very nice, and when we told the attendant it was our first time she was full of knowledge and patience as we made our decisions! We will be back!
