I never EVER write reviews like this. However, I feel this is necessary considering I haven’t stopped thinking about my experience at this store since I left. Me and my two best friends went to this store yesterday. It is beautiful inside, and it has adorable clothes. That being said, the employees were immensely rude to us. They did not greet us when we walked in, treated us like such an inconvenience, and couldn’t even look at me when I asked a question. I, quite frankly, was overly nice to them considering how they treated me and my friends. My hope in writing this is that it helps to severely improve the service at this store because it truly has so much potential.

I was in town visiting my daughter who goes to college nearby, so I had to make a quick stop and pick her up something cute. My first impression walking through the doors is how nice this shop is. Love the layout! What left a horrible taste in my mouth was the attitude of an employee named Kaira. She initially greeted me nicely, so I was confused on why she treated me the way she did. I simply asked her a question in regards to the clothing. She turned with a confused face and said “I don’t know!” Then proceeded to roll her eyes. She continued to make me feel uncomfortable so I left. I understand the shop caters to the younger generation but there was no need to behave that way even if you were trying to be subtle to not get caught. I was just a mom shopping for her daughter, you took your personal day out on me and it was uncalled for. Advise to the shop train employees better. You could have gained a reoccurring customer, instead I won’t step foot in that shop again until better employees are hired.

I have bought some wonderful outfits from this store. They truly have beautiful clothes that I don’t find in other locations. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you’re in downtown Athens!

This is one of those stores where I find it so interesting that it can persist in a college town because there is no way any college student can afford to buy this stuff unless they have a trust fund. The clothes are so freaking cute, don't get me wrong! But they are absurdly overpriced. Additionally, I was there one time when they were carrying a cheetah/leopard print bag that looked suspiciously real - not a good look. Can't be too mad because they are a neat small business with some cool clothes (including some thrift/vintage stuff!) but the pricing is often a little ridiculous.

LOVE Indigo Child. There is something for EVERYONE ! Very unique sense of style throughout the store. You can find something for ANY occasion. Taking my daughter shopping at Indigo is like dressing up a Barbie doll....EVERYTHING looks AMAZING! Also, the sales are worth the trip!!!

My daughter and I visited this store while in Athens. We were not greeted by the employees behind the counter. However, one quickly chose to follow us around the store as if we were theives and offered no assistance. I found this very offensive.
