My apartment unit is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures advertised. It's spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities that make living here a pleasure. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings is evident, creating a comfortable and stylish living environment.

The amenities here are top-notch! The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is always clean and relaxing, and I love the beautifully landscaped grounds. I absolutely love living here! It’s walking distance from the park, accessible restaurants and the amenities are wonderful. The staff has been attentive and amazing. Every work order is done timely. We signed another lease. 💜My only feedback would be the marijuana smells. I believe “no smoking” policies should be enforced. This is the only reason I give it 4✨ instead of 5 ✨💜

But the real star of the show is **Chrisha Crawford**—she is absolutely the best! If it were up to me, she’d be the manager because she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Her dedication and kindness make all the difference.

The Jade At Avondale is nice they management team is very helpful n respectful and go over and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The groundskeeper and mantanice ppl keep the community looking great and clean. I would highly
recommend this place it's a great place to live.
