The Luxury Kitchen was referred by the Sub-Zero showroom in Costa Mesa and they have been excellent in helping us to choose appliances for our condo remodeling. We wanted refrigerator, dishwasher,cooktop and the hood but not sure about the steam oven . T L K explained in detail and convinced us to buy it and we loved it! As most projects are, we had few bumps ( mostly delays) but Max helped accommodate the delivery and installation. Very professional, l definitely recommend .

We have just moved to LA and purchased a Sub Zero wine storage from Luxury Kitchen. Angelica and Max are wonderful to work with. They make us feel welcomed not just to their store but also to the neighborhood. Excellent services and follow-up. They even recommended professional cabinet makers and electricians to assist us in our project.

We had a Viking which was in our home when we moved in 11 years ago. It started to break down and we needed a reliable fridge and freezer that could fit the large space that the Viking held within our cabinetry. Everyone we spoke with said Sub Zero was the best. We were referred to Sherry and Angelica at Luxury Kitchen and they made the process so easy. After I gave them our dimensions they found us the perfect fridge and freezer, which was beautiful and just what we needed. They took care of us through the entire process and we are so happy with the result. I highly recommend going with Luxury Kitchen.

I was referred to the Luxury Kitchen when I called Sub Zero telling them that I needed to replace my existing 25 year old Sub Zero and asked them who I could go to in my area to help me. I found the people at Luxury Kitchen to be extremely knowledgeable, they showed me all of the alternatives in their showroom, and took the necessary time for me to make the right decision. I even went there a second time with my wife and they again took time with me so I could finalize my decision. They also carry other high end kitchen appliance brands and I would go back there in a moment if I need to replace anything else. I highly recommend them.

my 32 year old Sub Zero freezer finally gave out. Our refrigerator and a combo rerfrigerator-freezer purchased at the same time in 1992 are still working. Considered repairing the freezer since the box and insulation looked good. Fortunately we replaced freezer and refrigerator and found mold from a leak behind freezer.
Max at Luxury Kitchen was very professional and advised us about different models, etc and even arranged installation by JetCo which gave us another year on the warranty.
I would only use Max at Luxury Kitchen if you are looking at SubZero.

I was referred to the Luxury Kitchen by the Wolf factory when I was interested in purchasing an induction range. I did not have a very good experience. There seems to be some turnover in personnel because the person I first interacted with left the company. In addition, I later found out that when I gave the Luxury Kitchen a 50% deposit, they kept the money but never placed the order for the range. Then, I received a call from someone who asked if I had ordered the range and when I wanted it to be delivered. Very disorganized and unprofessional. It is unclear why this dealer is recommended.

I was referred to the Luxury Kitchen by our Sub-Zero repair company who said we needed a new unit and that Sherry at the Luxury Kitchen would give us a good price. Well I am so glad I called because Sherry set me up with a new 42” side by side Sub-Zero for literally 20% less than anyone else. There were some delivery issues (not Luxury Kitchen’s fault, the installer got injured) but Sherry’s customer service was off the chart. She worked tirelessly booking a new delivery company and stayed on top of the situation until the unit was installed. It works perfectly and Sherry was literally on the phone with them on the day of installation making sure I was taken care of. All in all, I got an incredible price and worked with a company that goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. Highly recommended! A+
