We came to the 2024-25 New Year Holiday's Celebration! Wow! What a wonderful way to celebrate the New Year walking around taking pictures of the most beautiful Xmas lights, riding horse carriages at the sound of the music! They also offered a live concert that was very entertaining. Thank you UTC Mall/ Sarasota!!! Happy New Year!

Classy, huge and well laid out mall. With 300+ stores (ample parking) and every designer represented- you can going wrong. Also loads of quality restaurants. Make it a day trip; as there is so much to see and do. A wonderful treat in Sarasota fl. Absolutely fantastic around the Christmas and New Year holidays. The lights and vibes are spectacular.

Great stores which you won’t find everywhere else, spacious, clean, nice restaurants. It’s the heart beat of Sarasota, however if you’re coming from South Sarasota and using exit 213, you could find yourself in a bind to get in a lane. Ok, the good thing about this mall is that you can find Madewell, Free People, Anthropologie, Talbots, White House Black Market, Lush, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, William Sonoma. Athletica and Lululemon. Sephora, Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch are also here! I love the restaurants around the mall, as well as the ice cream shops, burger joints and even Target to the entrance.

Walking around seeing all the Christmas decorations and the fireworks. Had a great time and was so beautiful.

The aesthetic view of the place is incredible; it has several escalators and an elevator. There are shops to suit your taste and budget. And last but not least, the Cheesecake Factory. If you're going to the mall, you absolutely have to go there.

The Christmas lights this year are so beautiful! Skating starts 11/22/19. Looks like they are still putting up final touches but what a beautiful walk at night. Magical! (12/2024 miss the old lights and open walkways. Putting so many businesses & Mote there, too much.)3/2025 yikes the traffic!

This is really our only shopping option now in the area but the design for entry and exit, as well as parking always makes it more stressful than it should be.
We are thankful for all the new food options, that has helped with some of the wait times, and a few newer shops over the last year or so.
I am not sure how it's going to be when MOTE opens, you can already hardly get around, and there is NO extra parking but we'll see.
Our favorite feature is the Christmas lights during that season and we do enjoy the little playground and park if it's a weekday and not dangerously mobbed.
