I'm not sure why this company has such bad reviews. My experience with them was OUTSTANDING! I was looking for specific cups that all the other companies were out of and I was hesitant about purchasing from here due to the shipping costs, but they offered me a generous discount and I had my order within the promised time. And I ordered 12 cups and they sent 15 as to not break the original packaging! I am very pleased with my order and the service. They also maintained contact with me thru texts the entire time!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all.
Ordered an ornament. Waited a full week with no change from “processing”.
Finally called and asked what the issue was (had to call because email wasn’t responded to).
Was told, “on the day you ordered the orders weren’t coming through.” (I’m assuming this means getting sent to warehouse for fulfillment). But money was taken out of my bank account immediately. (Please note: if you order online and forget what’s coming in that you’d have never received item and been out $$). Was told item would ship by end of day.
Next day item hasn’t shipped. Called again. Got a really rude lady in customer service who said she’d call me back. She never did. 7 hours later I call AGAIN. Another employee told me they’d walk over and check warehouse. Finally got an email saying it’s shipped.
Hopefully, it arrives correct/intact.
I’ve never had to beg a company to update me or ship out something.
I thought since they’re a small business they’d care, but they don’t seem to be interested in keeping customers. Won’t order again. Too much headache.

I ordered an item off this website on December 13th and today is currently the 29th. It has been over two weeks and apparently my order is still “processing”. I have sent two emails that were both respectful and I have not heard any response from the company. From all I know this company just took my money and ran. I was trying to send the item to a friend as a Christmas gift which makes it worse. Seems like they are purposely trying to be a terribly run company.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered items 3 months ago, reached out to them repeatedly (an I mean repeatedly), and now I have to go through red tape to get a refund. FedEx claim has to be submitted before they'll process a refund. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, joke's on me. I was first told that warehouse items would ship quickly, but the "specialized" items would take longer. Those items were beer glasses, coffee mugs, etc. WHAT? Then I was told that FedEx said the package was damaged. Then I was told it couldn't be shipped to my location. WHAT Now I have to wait, if it even happens, for a claim to be resolved. The Memory Company is HORRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, HIDEOUS........... I will tell everyone I know to NEVER order from this HORRID place.

Horrible customer service. Sent the wrong item. Sent two emails documenting the issue. No reply. Called and was assured they would correct. Nothing happened. No way to run a business. You are taking a risk spending $ with them. Good luck getting what you actually order.

Terrible customer service and products! Not only did they send me the wrong product, but they won't respond to my email, and the product they sent was had a filthy film all over it. I thought I was doing the right thing buying from an American owned business. They should be ashamed!

Terrible. Ordered a pint glass and was sent 2 of the incorrect one. Customer Service has been non responsive. I guess I'm losing my money. The risk is yours to take.

My initial order and the replacement order came shattered. They would not send me new ones after that because I was outside the 30 day window.
