I took a scrub top to them. It was supposed to be done the weekend of that week. I never received a call so I called the next week and asked. They said they’d have it done by the next day. Went by the shop and the door was locked while they were supposed to be open. I left voicemails, texts, emails, never heard a response. I ended up having to buy a new scrub top. Finally got the top back almost a month later, still not embroidered at all, but at this point I just wanted my top back so I could take it somewhere else. Unprofessional and ridiculous.
