I was actually checking it out for a family member. It is a very nice shop with many, many, music boxes on display. So much to see, I'll have to go back when I have more time to look. Dawn gave me a quick n dirty 'music box 101' lesson.
They have old, new and used music boxes, AND can customize for you. They can also change the music or repair your music box.
They also have dolls, I didn't ask about them... next time. We have a doll collector in the family too.
Definitely a treasure here in the Madison/Biltmore area.

I was looking for a high quality but budget priced music box for my adult daughter’s birthday. I knew where to go for the quality because I had looked often at the beautiful boxes they carry. I took a chance, sure I would find music boxes way out of my price range. They do carry many expensive music boxes, but to my surprise also some less expensive. I was able to purchase a lovely little box with a meaningful music selection that was on sale for a good price. The owners of the store wrapped it and shipped it promptly, and were very thoughtful about helping me with my purchase, Five stars, and thanks!

I wanted to buy a very personal gift for my daughter that she could take with her throughout her life. When I decided on a music jewelry box, I was disappointed with the availability of options, especially when it came down to adding personalized finer details. Being able to speak with Dawn and work through all the song and detail options she had available was exactly the kind of intimate shopping experience I needed to make the final product match my vision. Will never go back ,owner kept my music box for almost 2 months and I had to keep calling to ask her to send it. Well today she call and said it was done then try to charge me again for it,when I already paid for it. Not a good business,not professional by any means. But she was full of excuses for everything.

Bought 3 music boxes for my granddaughters. Dawn and Nancy were terrific answering my questions. I was kept informed about the shipping progress. The gift wrapping was beautiful.
