STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! I bought $300 worth of Christmas gifts for my family on Black Friday. My order never came, so I reached out to customer service. Their customer service team, primarily Colby, was terrible to deal with. They don’t care about keeping happy customers. All they seemed to be interested in was giving me store credit (a month later). No extra discount or anything. On top of that, everything I originally ordered has now been marked up in price so I’d have to spend more money to get the same items I originally ordered.

Was from out of town and thought I'd drop in. Staff member was nice and they had a great selection of Americana style clothing. Will drop in every time I'm in the Birmingham area. If you're into Huckberry but know that Alabama gets no love, this is your store.

Normally don’t review places but I had an amazing time shopping here last week!! Abby was so sweet, kind, and friendly helping me pick out a shirt to buy,, and then today I even received a sweet handwritten note mailed to me from them! Never been treated so nicely shopping before!
