If you wanna see what great customer service looks like, go to this twisty treat. When we got there with the kids the gentleman helping us knew the ice cream was for the kids and made it all about them. He spoke to them as if they were the customer, he made them feel important and they were smiling the entire time. If you can make my kids smile, you've got a five star review for me

I went to this ice cream place after seeing the sign still indicating it was open. It was 9:50pm only to be told by the young lady at the window that they were closed for the night. She then turned off the 'open' sign right in front of me. It was disappointing, especially since the hours on the sign hadn’t updated, and I wasn’t informed beforehand. A bit of clarity and consistency would have been appreciated!

It seemed like the young lady who was working tonight did not feel like working because it was 9:47 and it closed at 10 PM so she decided to say that the only flavor of ice cream they had was vanilla. Which is definitely not true because with the vanilla flavor, you can just add other flavors to it and the ice cream would have been ready. It’s not much work she had to do, but she didn’t feel like working, I noticed since when I came up to the window, she gave me a very rude face. Very bad service from her.

I arrived around 9:25PM, along with several other customers, only to be told that the ice cream machine was “broken.” However, it seemed suspicious because an employee’s boyfriend/friend was waiting outside to pick her up, and it looked more like she was shutting things down early rather than dealing with a real equipment issue. It’s disappointing when a business advertises certain hours but doesn’t honor them, especially when there’s still a line of paying customers.

Love Twistee Treat! One of my favorite ice cream places in Tampa by far! So many choices and flavors to choose from! Really nice eating area too. I don’t have pets, but I believe they have treats available for dogs which is pretty cool.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Honestly worst service we have ever experienced. We arrived and they had a horrible attitude. They gave us our order wrong and then they shut the window on our face some of us could not have any ice cream.
