Lovely Isabel at the front desk! Very cutesy, very demure lol helpful and respectful. Chris the service manager very helpful also. Very understanding of the trucking business and the need to get back on the road. Hope to never need you guys again but if I do, I’m coming! Great job guys

That review is painful to write because the people are nice over there, but this repair took a little too long and wasn’t done completely. I had a broken driver seat (air kept leaking and seat stuck up), they replaced the handle but now my seat is stuck down and won’t raise anymore… for almost 1K, I feel like you guys could have dug a little deeper and make sure everything was functional :-/

Edit : taking down from 3 stars to 1. My log recording system and dash cam are down now, was working fine before leaving the truck there. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only did my issue not get fixed (do I need to specify that my seat was working great too before my first visit there?) but they created a new problem that’s impacting my work in the worst way!!

The first thing I noticed is how they greeted me with kindness and very respectful Jennifer the service advisor did a great job. The foreman and his mechanics worked on my truck very quickly since I don’t live here they put me right in the shop.

They have to be more serious and don't play with the clients in this place, they have asked me to ask for a loan to buy a truck and after having the loan approved and having run my credit, it turns out that according to the seller, the boss sold the truck to another client and in They never told me anything or asked me for a reservation until I found out when the bank asked for the documentation of the truck to close the purchase. from what I say be careful they are not serious.
