Just had a lovely experience at this Palo Alto location. It's pretty special to have such a wide selection of known brands, new and old, all in one place. Especially well known watches.

Allie did a great job hosting me through options that she thought I might like, my price range, etc, and was really patient with me. They seem to have a tight-knit staff in terms of headcount, so their attention to detail and dedication to me was superb.

My wonderful sales person Samantha was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, took her time helping me and showing me a LOT of bags and there was no pressure at all to buy. She gave me tips on using the app plus let me know that TRR is able to ship bags (in many cases) to the PA store so you can see them IRL before you buy. I look forward to coming back!
